China'S First Leather Goods Enterprise &Nbsp; "Whampoa Military Academy" Huadu Officially Unveiled.
The Red Valley leather product originating in Lijiang, Yunnan not only expanded the production line to Guangzhou, the domestic fashion center, but also founded the first red leather business school in China, the Red Valley business school.
A few days ago, the business school was officially launched in Huadu.
According to the insiders, the move has pformed local enterprises from "made in China" to "created in China", raising the awareness of professional training and bringing about effective breakthroughs in shaping strong local brands.
Xu Yong, honorary president of China Leather Association, expressed appreciation for the establishment of rouge Business School: "the biggest problem facing China's leather industry is the lack of innovation, backward design and low brand value. The lack of competitive independent brands is the biggest weakness of China's leather industry."
In the absence of strong high-end brands and core technology, most local leather enterprises can only imitate international brands and compete at low prices. Although they can develop rapidly in a short time, with the increasingly fierce market competition, they will inevitably face the bottleneck of pformation.
It is far from satisfying the needs of the industry to rely on a few universities or technical institutes to train professionals.
According to He Haishan, deputy director of the Red Valley leather products brand center, the Business School of Whampoa wants to build the "military academy" of the first leather enterprise in China. At present, there are seven major disciplines: administrative office, human resources and education, leather research, brand management and supply chain management.
