    The main problems of consumers are broken clothing, broken wires, breakage, fading, shrinkage, pilling and so on. Footwear products such as glue, line, bottom, cross section, decolorization, etc., are not clear about the material and grade of the products, and the merchants do not fulfill the "three package" responsibility. They refuse to return the goods on the grounds that consumers are not used normally because of the quality problems.

    Because consumers lack professional knowledge of commodity quality in the purchase process, they can only listen to the publicity of the operators, virtually giving their right to know the discount.

    However, because the country does not have the corresponding "Three Guarantees" regulations, consumers can only solve the consumer disputes according to the promises of the manufacturers or sellers.



    At the same time, there are many complaints from telecommunications.

    The main problem is that telecommunication service charges are opaque, inaccurate accounting, SMS traps are set up, network signals are unstable, and customers are allowed to open packages or other value-added services.
