Recently, the China Federation of Commerce (CPC) has completed research and compiled into a statistical report on major economic indicators and sales of major commodities in major retail enterprises in 2009. The reporter learned from the report that the growth rate of clothing retail sales in the first two quarters of 2009 was 13.6% and 4.5% lower than that of the same period last year, but in the second half of the year, clothing sales began to pick up, and sales were 0.8% and 10.7% higher than the same period last year.

Later, the leaders of the clothing association even took the initiative to contact the big enterprises, hoping to be able to participate in the exhibition and support the facade, so that there are several decent large enterprises to participate in the exhibition."
But the gloomy picture disappeared in 2010. The data obtained by the journalists from the clothing association show that this year's exhibition is all booked up, with 23 countries and 900 brands appearing on fashion week in Beijing.
At present, the biggest sweater manufacturer in China is the generation and export business of many famous brands in China.
Reporters learned that in the darkest of the financial crisis, Wiseman can only earn profits through real estate investment. However, with the improvement of the economy, its main business has once again returned to the textile industry, and has been favored by venture capitalists, financing nearly 50 million yuan.
Its insiders told reporters: "as the economy improves, the growth rate of corporate income and profit in 2009 is over 30%, and it is estimated that the annual growth rate in the next 5 years will grow by more than 30%."
In the second half of 2009, due to the obvious weakening of the negative effects of the financial crisis, the textile and garment industry in China was evidently warmer.
In Zhengzhou, the main production base of Chinese women's trousers, Zhao Sunli, general manager of Zhengzhou Ya Li Da Clothing Co., Ltd., "weather turns cool, clothing warming up" is a pun.
With the pformation of export oriented enterprises to domestic sales, the profitability of enterprises in textile and garment industry has gradually recovered.
"The women's trousers manufacturers in Henan have realized the importance of domestic sales, and have held distributors' meetings and development channels frequently, and all of them are launching various financing means to set up direct stores in key cities," the above said.
According to sources, many brands have increased the number and size of Direct stores. The largest store area has been constantly refreshed. The number of direct investment outlets of some joint ventures has exceeded 3000 square meters and invested tens of millions of yuan.
"The growth of Chinese clothing consumption in 2010 will be higher than that in 2009 and will continue to decline for two years. With the advancement of urbanization and the rapid development of the central and western regions, China's clothing consumption will come to the golden growth period in the next 10 years," the China Federation of Commerce told reporters.
It is predicted that the growth of Chinese clothing sales will exceed 25% in the first quarter of this year.
The China Federation of Commerce forecast: "now that the domestic market is in the recovery stage, the rapid development of new sales channels of franchised stores and outlets will aggravate the competition of clothing brands in retail channels, and the pace of layout of foreign enterprises in the domestic market will also accelerate."
After coming out of the financial crisis, "enterprises will pay more attention to the quality of products."
These people say that improving the quality of products has always been the dream of industrial planners.
