The Promotion Of Children's Footwear Industry In China Should Be Emphasized.
In China, the proportion of children's footwear industry in the whole shoemaking industry is relatively small, and the phenomenon of brand loss is also serious. However, the market for children's shoes has huge room for development.
According to statistics, at present, children under 16 years old account for 380 million, accounting for 1/4 of China's total population, and about 27 million of the newborn babies are born every year. Experts believe that the domestic children's shoes are in the golden stage of development, and the market has a scale of about 30 billion. Contrary to market potential, about 70% of the domestic children's shoes market is low-end products, 20% is imported brand children's shoes, and domestic brands are only 10%. Therefore, it is urgent for shoe companies to build domestic brands.
When the global economy went out of the economic downturn, not only did domestic shoe enterprises see the huge market of domestic children's shoes, but foreign shoe companies also noticed that they had marched into the Chinese children's shoes market to divide up this huge cake. What is the gap between us and these international brands?
First, quality. In terms of material selection, processing and function, the quality of imported shoes may be stronger than ours because foreign research on children's shoes is long with us. More importantly, parents attach great importance to children and accept these research results very much.
Second, design. At present, children's shoes enterprises in China seldom have their own design results. They usually imitate the designs of international famous brands and then paste them. This causes the "piracy" to overflow, and the shoe companies are in the interest of cost control, and the quality of shoes is worrying.
Therefore, for domestic shoe enterprises, if we want to chew this cake, we must create high-quality, innovative design of children's shoes. With the rapid development of social technology, the sense of the global village is being further narrowed. Technology is no longer an obstacle to create high-quality children's shoes. For the design, domestic shoe enterprises have little experience, but we have their own advantages. As we all know, there is a certain difference between the feet of Chinese and foreigners. At present, the children's shoes of international brands are designed according to the feet of foreigners. Therefore, we know more about the feet of Chinese than foreigners. We can design children's shoes that are more in line with Chinese children. Therefore, we should not just focus on the low-end market of imitation and OEM. Instead, we must be bold in innovation. In the field of adult shoes. To create a brand that belongs to the Chinese people and push the Chinese brand shoes into the international market, this is the height that Chinese shoe enterprises need to challenge.
