    The first electric shock of his business was attributed to the experience of buying popcorn for his girlfriend while shopping. Inspired by this, Chen Wei spent 2000 yuan in 2004 to buy two popcorn machines, and made money from Dazhou, Chengdu, where he made a net profit of only 15 thousand yuan in a month.

    In order to find a pavement, Chen Wei planned the route: the target customers of milk tea are young people, and young people are mostly in Colleges and universities. The most common places in Colleges and universities are concentrated in the bridge of Mozi bridge, and the most lively place in the mill bridge is near the red tile temple.

    So Chen Wei spent two days in the red tile temple, and finally selected a 50 square meter pavement. After negotiations with his boss, he successfully rented 12 square meters of compartments, rent 2000 yuan / month.

    When Chen Wei knew that the Sichuan general agent who had to get the milk tea had a big chance of doing business, he launched a secret negotiation for half a month in Shanghai, and finally took the general agent of Sichuan at a total cost of 400 thousand.


     


    With the money he earned from his girlfriend and his parents, plus 10 thousand yuan from his parents, he finally got enough of the 200 thousand start-up capital.

    In September 2007, Chen Wei's first milk tea shop opened in the red tile temple.

    In 2 months, Chen Wei increased sales from 400 yuan / day to 2000 yuan / day by selling leaflets in schools and surrounding areas, and he made 60% profits from it.


     


    After February, Chen Weiqi's first franchised store opened next to the University of Electronic Science and technology of China.

    Then Sichuan Teachers and other colleges and universities also appeared nearby.

    By May 2008, Chen Weidi's two outlets had also opened near the wash street.

    Up to now, the 23 year old has 5 direct outlets and manages 5 franchises.


     


    When asked about the next step, Chen Wei said, "I am very concerned about consulting companies. This business is developing very well."

    In fact, Chen Wei's entrepreneurial path was not smooth sailing. When the business was ignited by the popcorn business, Chen Wei rented a small pavement in Chunxi Road when he got a fever, and began to plan what he was doing after paying 10 thousand yuan rent.

    At that time, two well-known international beverage companies were competing for shop facade advertisements in Sichuan. Chen Wei seized the opportunity to take the initiative to contact one of the companies, and the idea of opening his image shop in Chunxi Road was immediately recognized.

    But 1 months later, Chen Wei's business ended in a closed door. Because sales brand was too single, the daily turnover was only 400 yuan, and the money earned was not enough for half of the rent.


     


    Later, Chen Wei plans to open a beverage store in the computer city opposite Chengdu seven, because the bus station is here, and the flow of people is very large. At that time, the monthly rent was only 1500 yuan.

    Just after Chen Wei and three friends confidently poured tens of thousands of yuan into their money, Chen Wei suddenly realized that something was wrong. He pulled the roadside decorator and asked, "what about the 55 bus?"
