    The second category of vacancies is mainly middle and senior skilled workers, who are also in serious shortage in the Shengze textile market.

    According to the author's investigation, most of the manufacturers say that the demand for skilled workers in this section is difficult for ordinary migrant workers to meet, and requires a certain level of technology and cultural knowledge. However, ordinary college graduates are reluctant to engage in such hard work in the workshop, resulting in a serious shortage.


    The third category is the shortage of professionals in textile and foreign trade personnel.

    According to market professionals, recently, with strong domestic demand and unexpected foreign trade orders, Shengze textile market has a large gap in professional foreign trade personnel.

    The order of foreign trade is increasing gradually under the influence of global warming. However, the demand and supply of foreign trade professionals in Shengze is lagging behind.

    According to statistics, last year, due to the impact of the global financial crisis, Shengze's textile import and export trade had a negative growth, especially the export trade fell by 14.1%.

    Since the beginning of this year, the total volume of foreign trade in textiles has rebounded markedly. From 1 to February, the total import and export volume increased by 77.48%, of which the increase of imports was 79.56%, and the increase of exports was 74.7%. The textile trade orders increased significantly, and there was a good trend of continuous improvement.
