Cross Tongue Shoe Design -- Tongue Shoe Design
The traditional tongue shoe is the front shoe, but the shoe tongue can also be used to press the front structure.
In this way, the tongue is exposed, and it is necessary to design beautiful edges for decoration.
Although the outer tongue type shoes belong to the cross section structure, but because the front edge changes of the shoe tongue are complex, it can be turned into counterpart pick up when it is not conducive to the positioning and taking off.
The counterpart refers to the process of handling the stilts in the relative position of the natural stilts.
The essence of positioning and taking off is the same as that of positioning.
That is to say, the opposite position taking off is a supplementary form of positioning and taking off. When the positioning is not convenient, it can be replaced by counterpart.
(1) the schematic diagram of counterdrawing
The counterpart angle is derived from the start of positioning and picking.
When the overlapped VOV'is expanded, the V'O line and the VO line will coincide. At this point, the OH line will rotate at the center of the 0 point to produce an angle, so that the OH line will move to the OH' position and form a counterpoint angle HOH'.
Because the process of taking off is opposite to the location of natural stilts, it is called counterpoint picking.
Among them, HOH'= is taken from the position of "Jiao Jiao Jiao" (VOV), as shown in figure 1-5-19.
As shown in the figure, the V'point is pferred to the V point position due to the unwinding of the position, and the displacement of the midline of the front part is also driven to cause the Ao point of the position to take off to the A1 point of the counterpart.
At this point, the A1V line is the midline.
How to determine the A1 point?
The method of intersection of two arcs is adopted.
An arc is centered on the O point.
Take OA.
The length is radius arc, the other arc is the center of V point, the radius of AoV'is the radius, and the intersection point of the two arc is the A1 point.
Note: the A1 point is the location after the drop of Ao point, which is not directly related to the A point. So we need to connect the front midline of the front to find the Ao point, then make A1 point.
Similarly, the contour line of the bottom port is also displaced. When connecting the bottom line, it can not be drawn at random. Instead, the contour of the bottom face of the half panel is compared to the original area and shape between the A1 points and the H'points.
In the process of structural design, the probability of taking the center to 0 points is very small. Generally, it moves around 0 points. We shift the 0 points to 0 points.
See picture 1-5-20.
Suppose the 0 point is pferred to the 0'point.
At this point, we need to use 0'point as the vertical line of the midline, intersecting the VE line as V "point, intersecting the bottom port as H. point."
V "H1 line is divided into front and back sides.
First locate and pick up the line to determine the Ao point, then use the intersection point of the two arcs to determine the A1 point, and connect the A1V line to the front midline of the front line.
When the take off center is pferred to the 0'point, the AoO' line and the A10'line can be connected to the AoO'A1, which represents the size of the counterpoint and the equivalent angle instead of the corner.
If the position of the pick is fixed on the 0'H1 line, the HiO'Ho can be intercepted by arcing, so that the H1O'Ho=AoO'A1 can be obtained.
When connecting the bottom port, draw the front contour line of the half panel from the Ai point, then make the H1 point of the half panel point to the Ho point on the design drawing, rotate the bottom line of the half panel to coincide with the front cusp contour, and then trace the contour line of the front part of the front part to the H2 point.
If the shoe tongue, cross arm and back part are designed on the schematic diagram after the change of the center of the switch, it will become the schematic diagram of the countermove of the tongue shoe, as shown in Figure 1 - 5-21.
As shown in the figure, although the tongue of the figure is disconnected, it is not convenient to position and take off the corners, so it becomes a counterpoint.
The dashed line in the picture represents the stubble quantity of the front side.
The design effect is the same as that of the counterpart, which is equivalent to turning the front gear one angle.
However, under special circumstances, it is necessary to use counterpoint picking.

(two) design of men's shoes with external tongue.

(1) the outer tongue structure of the structure is a pected tongue type shoe, but it is different from the tongue shoe with a cross arm. It shows that the shoe tongue is pressed on the front side as shown in figure 1-5-22, and the front edge of the tongue is a lace with a corner.
If it is difficult to position and pick corners in the position of lace, it is better to change the position to take place.
The back is straight line shoe, take 00'=15mm or so.

The inflection point of the front line of shoe tongue has no specific requirements, and the appearance is good.
The lower foot of the tongue is more than 12mm below the OQ line, instead of the reinforcing action of the cross arm, and it can be pressed on the break line, and the cross arm parts can be saved.
(4) the inlaying connection is for the shoe tongue pressing front, the front side pressing the back, and the back reinforcing bar pressing on the back seam.
Although the shoe tongue part is small, it belongs to the front part. The contour is not only complete but also the focus of attention. The tongue and shoe parts should be designed first.
(5) the design steps of special requirements start from the tongue and ensure the appearance of the tongue. This is the key point of this shoe.
Because of the complexity of the tongue and floral decoration, it is not easy to operate the positioning and picking angle.
Because the men's shoes are still straight back, the length of the tongue and the position of the pick center are similar to those of the men's tongue shoes.

(1) the design of the tongue should take OO 'about 15 mm, and take the 0' point of the center.
Through 0'point, the vertical line of VE in the back midline is handed over to VE for V point, and at the bottom is H1 point. V "H1 line is the front and rear side dividing line.
Under the 0'point, the 12mm position determines the O "dot" and is the parallel line of the OQ line: the 12mm line around the O' parallel points will determine the width of the lower foot of the shoe tongue and a point and B point.
Take the V "E length 2/3 fixed tongue length control point E'" on the back midline.
The vertical line of VE is passed through the E'point, intersects the OQ line and takes the tongue width at about 2/3, and the rear end contour line is connected with the B point.
Start the design of the front contour line near the V point and connect to the a point.
The specific shape of the curve can be made according to requirements, as shown in figure 1-5-23.
Because the contour of the outer tongue requires smooth lines and good shape, the follow-up work is finished after the tongue is designed.
(2) the design of the front Gang is first connected to the positioning and picking line AoV.
The two points arc intersect to find the A1 point.
Connect the A1V line to the front midline.
Note: where the broken position is, where the front Gang is connected.
Connect AoO'A1 to the same angle instead of the angle, and take the H1O'H2= AoO'A1 to draw the outline from the A1 point to the H2 point.
Extend the A1V line to make the stubble quantity of the shoe door 8mm and connect it to the 0'point.
Connect with (OH2 line).
(3) the design of the back Gang takes the straight back.
The o'o line is the outer shoe line. Over the P'point, the 2mm location is designed to have a shoe line. The width of the mouth will change, but the change rule is the same as that of the outside.
Note that the front end line is O'H1 line, and then connect it to O'H2 line. Therefore, after marking the lower foot of the tongue, the template should be rotated to make the O'H1 line coincide with the 0'H2 line and then annotate.
Otherwise, there will be dead wrinkles.
Design the rear reinforcement bar.
(4) the treatment method of the bottom port of the bottom port is different, because the bottom port is divided into two segments, and the tension should be separately made.
14mm, 15mm and 16mm are added to the bottom of the front support, then the outer line is first made. Then, according to the amount of Ai drop, the most obvious position is found inside and outside the body, and the line of the line is made.
The bottom port of the design is the same as that of the front side, but we should pay attention to controlling the equal length of the linking positions inside and outside.
The change of the picking method does not affect the preparation of the template, and the method of making the marking board and preparing the three templates is the same as before.
When preparing the scribing board, keep the positioning and taking off line (AoV line).
The basic template is quite special, as shown in figure 1-5-24.

If the outside tongue type men's shoes are changed to the outer tongue type women's shoes, they only change the last type, and the design rules remain unchanged.
As shown in figure 1-5-26, the difference between the women's shoes and the outer tongue type men's shoes is that the front and back sides are kept open, and the elastic mouth structure is adopted.
The rear heel is designed with a rear bag and part, and a decorative strip on the tongue.
There are five kinds of five parts in total.
Under normal circumstances, if the tongue is disconnected, the position should be taken. If the positioning is not convenient, it should be replaced with the counterpart.
This pair of shoes is designed with counterpart pick up. Because the front and back sides are kept open, it is necessary to pfer the take off corner to the back of the shoe, which is called the "back up lift" method.
Because in the later promotion
At the time of walking, the front midline is the same as that of the counterpart, so in essence, it is still a bit off.
Changing the position of taking off will not affect the effect of taking off.
2. structure design drawing
(1) design the outer tongue and the front side to see the picture 1-5-27. After designing the elastic mouth, take the 00'= 20mm or so, and take the 07 center of the center.
The perpendicular line of VE is passed to V point at 07 points.
The tongue length is set at E.
From the V point, the design of the front tongue floral line is designed, and the shoe tongue contour line is designed from E, and finally gathered at the 12mm position around 07 points.
Make sure that there is enough amount of stubble before 0'.
First find the Ao point, then make the A1 point, and A1V is the front line.
Extend the A1V line, set the 8mm stubble quantity and design the gate line to 0'point.
(2) design the rubber band position, the specification 16mmX15mm, the lower foot positioning a point and the B point.
Join Ao O'Ai to replace the angle with equal quantity.
Since the rear arm is an arc curve, 3 point seesaw metric needs to be controlled.
Take the 0'point as the center of the circle, a0' the length as the radius, draw the arc line, cut out the corresponding pick angle, and determine the front end position of the horse head.
Take the 0'point as the center of the circle, b0' the length as the radius, draw the arcs, cut out the corresponding picking angle, and determine the rear end position of the horse head.
Take the 0'point as the center of the circle, draw the arc line with the appropriate length as the radius of the QO' line, cut out the corresponding pick off angle, and set the Q'point position.
In the above 3 control points, we design the contour of the back and make the difference between the inside and outside.
Replication can also achieve the same effect.
(3) the design of the rear package is designed according to the conventional design.
When the back lift is lifted, the bottom port is kept intact, and the method of processing the bottom port is taken as an example.
(4) preparing the template to prepare the marking board and making the three templates.
The basic template is quite special, as shown in figure 1-5-28.
The model of the shoe is the same as that of the long front, as shown in figure 1-5-29.
Note: Although the overlap angle is not seen after the pick up, the rise of the OQ line will still change the rules of the connection.
In order to conform to the rules, the O'Q'position of the post match should be coincided with the OQ position of the half panel.
This principle is the same as marking the front cusp of the outer ear shoe ears.
In general speaking, the structure of shoe tongue shoes is simpler than the shoes of ear type. However, due to the large changes in the shape of the parts, the concept of counterpart picking is introduced, and it will also be encountered in the later design.
