1. methods for preparing replica boards

The replica board was prepared by sticking last method.

The specific steps are as follows:

(1) draw the back midline at the last, and fill the outer side with the beautiful paper along the middle line, then fill it with the side of the heart, so that both sides of the inside and outside arms will be disconnected.

(2) after sticking the last, draw the position of the cover of the last surface along the line of the last wall with the pencil, and the length will be about 0 o'clock.

(3) remove the copy paper and paste it on the pattern paper. Note that the natural bending state of the back midline should be maintained if the wrinkle is disposed at the bottom.

(4) the curve of the cover of the replica panel is designed from 2 to 3mm along the curve of the cover of the last face, which is smooth and round, and is basically similar to the original curve.

(5) cut out two replica boards from inside and outside along the designed cover curve.

2. requirements for replica boards

The prepared replica board must be two pieces inside and outside, and can not be combined into one piece; it must keep the curve state of the back midline, not a straight line; it can be seen near V point, see 2-1-2.

 

As shown in the picture, this is the two replica board of the outer Huai and Li Huai. After seeing it together, there will be a gap in the middle. This is to take the technological "quantity" and the surrounding dashed line as the molding line.

After preparing the replica board, it is also tested on the last surface to check whether it is in harmony with the shape of the last surface.

In particular, the sharp nose, the square last and the bias last are very prominent, so they should be displayed on the replica board.

3. application of replica board

Master the application of replica board, and master the design of the cover.

If the curve of the back midline is preserved, the outline of the lower part is depicted, and the contour of the fence is obtained.

If you follow a straight line, the contour line of the lower mouth is drawn by the method of the rotating half panel, and the contour of the shoe cover is obtained.

If you look at the two lines together, you will find that there is a small crescent shaped area in the middle.

The position of the J'point is determined on the last surface. The shape of the cover is kept on the replica board, and the different replica boards inside and outside can make the difference between the inside and outside.

That is to say, duplicate panel can be used to determine the location, shape, difference between inside and outside, and technological seating. See 2-1-3.

 

 

As shown in the graph, the copy plate is depicted along the J'V curve in the graph (a), and the contour line J'O of the fence is obtained. The copy board is drawn along the straight line J1V, and the contour line of the shoe cover is J10.

If the shoe cover line is overlapped with the girth line, in the drawing (b), the technological stilts between the two lines will be visible.

There are many methods of experience rotation, and the method of keeping the length of the back midline is the same when drawing the replica board.

The specific steps are as follows:

(1) draw a straight line for the back midline and set the front end point.

(2) the front face of the half panel is aligned to the front cusp, and the first section of the middle line is drawn to describe the first section of the lower lip contour.

(3) the back midline of the replica plate is rotated backward along the contact point just now, and the middle section of the second segment is drawn back, and second lines of the lower mouth are depicted.

(4) by analogy, rotate the replica board one after another, and continue to paint until the end of the replica plate ends. See 2-1-4.

 

As shown in the figure, a is the process of drawing the replica board, and the outline of the bottom is not smooth.

The purpose of this is to keep the width of the shoe lid unchanged and the length of the back midline unchanged.

Figure (b) is the use of copy to design contour lines and shoe covers, the back line is the curve.

The back center line of the shoe cover is straight line. After drawing, the outline of the cover and the shoe cover can be obtained. This is a double line pick up method.

So does the length of the bottom of the shoe cover change?

How do you get shorter?

In the shoemaking process, we already know that the inlays are set up, and the lower ones are slightly stretched when inserted.

Due to the stretching of the lower cover of the shoe cover, the back midline of the shoe cover is slightly bent, which is just in line with the saddle surface of the last surface, and achieves the purpose of the last bearing.

Usually, the shoe cover parts are cross cut, so that the purpose of inserting can be achieved smoothly.

It is now clear that the outline of the shoe can be obtained by drawing along the straight line, and the contour of the contour can be obtained along the curve in the back.

That is to say, the outline of the shoe cover and the outline of the contour are in accordance with two different midline lines, which is the design of the shoe with two back midlines, which is called "double line pick up method".
