I. contents of competition items

The costume design and production skills competition includes 2 items: Fashion fit, women's blouse style design and three-dimensional modeling; women's fashion casual wear CAD plate making and sewing.

The model performance skills competition includes 1 items: Secondary Vocational Students' model performance.

According to the characteristics of secondary vocational schools' education and teaching and the professional teaching guidance plan and professional introduction of secondary vocational schools' clothing design and technology, fashion show, etc., the competition rules are formulated (see Annex 1) and grading rules.

Two, match time and place

Time: June 25th to 26 days competition, 26 afternoon award.

Among them, the clothing design and production skills competition will be reported before the morning of June 23rd to 24, and the leaders will be held on the afternoon of 24; the model performance skills competition will be reported in June 23rd, and the team leader will be held on the morning of 24.

Venue: the skills competition of costume design and production is held at the Tianjin International Exhibition Center (No. 32 Youyi Road, Hexi District, Tianjin). The model performance skills competition is conducted at the secondary vocational technical school in Beichen District, Tianjin (Tianjin City, Beichen, Beijing, Tianjin Road junction).

Four. Team and enrolment.

1. the competition was selected by the Education Department of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government (Education Commission), the education bureaux of the cities under separate plans and the Education Bureau of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps to form a representative team.

The local vocational education department designate 1 leaders to take the lead and coordinate the work of the delegations.

2. the total number of teams participating in the skills competition is not more than 20 (including players, staff, instructors, etc.).

In each of the 3 projects, there will be at most 3 contestants. Each athlete will appoint at most one instructor, and the corresponding relationship between the contestant and the instructor can not be changed as soon as possible.

3. the applicants were students of clothing and related majors in secondary vocational schools in 2010 (vocational high schools, ordinary secondary schools, technical schools, and adult secondary schools) and produced through local trials.

All educational administrative departments must strictly check the qualification of competitors. If the qualification of competitors is not conformed, the Organizing Committee of the competition will cancel its qualification, and those who will discover after the competition will cancel their honorary awards and recover the prizes and certificates.

4. the competition management system was first used in this competition. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the registration process, the organizing committee decided to adopt the parallel application form of electronic documents and paper documents.

Each place is responsible for the qualification examination of competitors. According to the notice on the online registration of the 2010 national vocational college skills competition, the online registration application time is April 22, 2010 -29, and the online registration time is between May 4, 2010 and May 30th, April 22, 2010. The registration time is 2010 days.
