Preparation Of Half Panels With Full Hollow Sandals

The design of a full pair of hollow sandals should be full of sandals last. The thickness of this shoe last is suitable for designing full front shoes with Baotou inside.

The hollowed sandals are mostly connected with the front and back sides in the form of a band. This kind of shoe last has a larger tarsal circumference. It can meet the requirement of the length size when designing the pverse band, and does not need to increase the loss of the last surface. The last tolerance of this shoe last is the same as that of the shoe last, so it is suitable for designing the back parts of the rear main heel.

Generally, all air sandals are mainly made of strip parts, which do not require a high degree of seesaw. However, the location of the bottom of the parts is relatively high, so it is necessary to re prepare the half panels of all air sandals.

The design of the full hollow sandals is the same as that of all air sandals. First, look for points and paste the last ones, then take the long stilts to flatten up, and finally process the original template into half panels.

The specific steps are as follows:

(1) the design point is basically the same as that of the full shoes. Attention should be paid to the VE length of the male last and the female last is taken as 27% of the foot length, which satisfies the requirements for the shoelace location: No. 230 women's shoes VE= (62.1 + 1.35) mm.

(2) attach the original template on the outside side and pfer the design point to the half panel.

(3) during the exhibition, 2~3 scissors will be used in addition to the tip of the front and back heel, and cut along the VH line and keep hitting H points. Keep 2~3mm and do not cut it.

(4) paste the original template flat.

As shown in figure 4-3-1, uncover the tattoo paper and paste the original template on the pattern paper. It will find a gap in the front control line.

If the gap in the lower half is merged, the positioning and taking off angle will appear in the upper half, so that the half panel with full shoe can be obtained, and if the upper half of the joint is merged.

In the lower half, there will be a pair of pick up corners, so that the half panel of the front opening shoe can be obtained.

When making the sandals half panels, the gap should be kept inside the model, that is to keep the long stilts. This will not cause the impact of the seesaw and area on the design of sandals.

The key is that the length of the back midline and the length of the bottom are equal to the length of the shoe last, which is conducive to the combination and decomposition of sandals.

 

(5) the processing of the original template includes the front and rear, as shown in the dotted line of figure (a).

The cutting volume of about 80% in the front is removed and the middle line is repaired to facilitate the design of the cover shoes.

The heels of the QQ do not need to be collected. D points still need to add the main heel capacity of Imm, and B points receive about 80% of the cutting volume and re connect the arcs.

(6) finally prepare half panels for full hollow sandals.

So far, we have introduced half panels for full shoes, half panels for mid seam shoes, half panels for women's shallow shoes and half panels for hollow sandals.

Because shoes are of different structure and different design requirements, different types of footwear should have their own half panels.
