Making money is an important duty of the boss. I do not deny it.
But from the point of view of making money, a good boss should make "five profits". For this reason, I have made a formula: earn more and earn faster + earn well + earn long + earn = good boss.
"Five earn" is indispensable. Otherwise, the money will be more than a local moneybags.
What is "earning more"?
That is, large profits, cash flow, and scale of enterprises. In today's fierce market competition, the scale and strength of enterprises often determine the success or failure of enterprises.
Therefore, to achieve joint development, mutual complementarity and capital expansion, we can gain more by defeating our competitors with solid strength.
What is "earning fast"?
In today's era, if we do not advance and retreat, we will retire. If we slow down, we will be eliminated.
Enterprise innovation is fast, product sales are fast, capital flow is fast, technology update is fast, enterprise development is fast.
For three or five years, the enterprise is still the same. There is no development and change. It can not be regarded as a good entrepreneur.
What is meant by "earning well"?
There are five good things. First, conscience is good, honesty and trustworthiness, no fraud, no fake and shoddy; two, energy conservation and emission reduction is good, no pollution to the environment; three, product quality, engineering quality and service level are good, responsible for people's health, interests and public safety; four, quality and teamwork of workers and staff; and five is management and management mechanism and corporate culture.
These five things can be called well earned.
What is "earning long"?
With more and more profits, faster and better, but without good product structure, without good projects, there will be no core competitiveness, and the life span of enterprises will not be long-term.
If a boss does not know how to innovate in management and management, and does not know how to change the way of development of an enterprise, the enterprise does not have the advantage of being "specialized, precise, specific, new or strong", or does not know how to pform itself into high-tech independent innovation industries such as energy conservation and environmental protection.
What is "common earning"?
That is to say, the interests of the development of enterprises share with the people and make money to think of the state, people and workers.
Thinking about the state, paying taxes and paying taxes according to law is a great contribution to the country. Thinking of the people is making money. We must remember that there are still many needy people in the community who need our help to do more charitable undertakings. Thinking about the masses of workers and staff is to earn money and let workers step up the income level to meet the growing material and cultural needs of the workers and staff.
This good boss's "five profit" formula is my new formulation, but it is by no means my new invention.
