You didn't look at me, looked at other people's wages, and felt for second years. Since I was given an average wage, I gave you an average performance. If I had a special performance, I would suffer a loss, you would give me the average wage, that is, the average wage more 10%-20%. In fact, people's performance and work attitude are not 30% different from the degree of effort. They may produce 300% and 500% differences. If there is a desire to do so, the difference is very great. Therefore, if our wages can be quantified, we must hang on to the performance, and the departments that cannot be quantified should also be linked to the profits of the company, so they will work hard.
The salary of our company is higher than that of other companies, so our senior executives are not worried about others digging. Other companies are worried about this problem.
