The Ministry Of Commerce Will Convene The Dumping Investigation Hearing Of Caprolactam Anti-Dumping Case

In accordance with the announcement of the People's Republic of China anti dumping regulations, anti-dumping investigations were carried out on imported caprolactam originating in the United States and the European Union.
In order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and pparency of the investigation procedure, according to the twentieth regulations of the People's Republic of China anti dumping regulations and the Provisional Regulations of the Ministry of Commerce on the provisional hearing of anti-dumping investigations, the Ministry of Commerce and the fair trade and import bureau decided to hold a hearing on dumping investigation of the caprolactone anti-dumping case at the Ministry of Commerce in November 4th.
The following matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. This hearing is a hearing for dumping rulings.

Other matters beyond the ruling shall not serve as the hearing content of this hearing.
Two. Interested parties applying for the hearing should fill in the registration form for the dumping hearings of the caprolactam anti-dumping case (see Annex), and submit the registration form to the Ministry of Commerce's import and Export Fair Trade Bureau within 10 days from the date of promulgation of this notice (as at October 22, 2010).
If the interested party fails to submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce within the time specified in this notice, the Ministry of Commerce shall have the right to refuse to participate in the hearing and refuse to accept the relevant materials submitted.
Three. Interested parties who apply for a speech at the hearing should submit a written summary of the hearing speech and a formal text of the relevant evidence in 10 copies at the same time the above registration form is submitted.
The hearing will specify language and text in Chinese.

Five. This announcement is issued on the website of the Fair Trade Office of the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China (gpj.mofcom.gov.cn).
The registration form for dumping investigation of caprolactam anti-dumping cases can be downloaded directly from the Internet.
Six. The list of interested parties who will take part in the hearing after the examination by the Ministry of Commerce and the specific time and place of the hearing will be announced on the above website.
