The method of measuring the average diameter of wool fiber is usually: projection microscope, airflow instrument, laser fiber diameter analyzer and optical fiber diameter analyzer (OFDA method). For the tests of wool containing more hair, the difference between the two methods on the wool size of 35 m is greater than that of the 35 m. For this reason, it is recommended that the test results of the airflow method should not be used when buying 35 micron m and known to have many pulp hairs. Specific testing methods can be specified in the contract, such as laser fiber diameter analyzer and optical fiber diameter analyzer.


    6. With the increase in the number of imported wool countries, the methods and methods of weight settlement for imported fat bearing wool are also different. There are already imported fur containing wool using the French (Schlumberger) or British (Noble) tops and combed wool business as the final delivery weight. It is suggested that the standard regain, standard fat content and combing rate in the trade contract must be marked in the trade contract, when the French, British wool and combed wool are used as the final settlement weight, so that the goods can be correctly applied in the acceptance of the goods.


    7. In recent years, inspection reports (Report) have been found to replace inspection certificates (Certificate) to be provided to inspection bodies for inspection and declaration. In other words, the test results provided in the inspection report are not the quality of the goods arrived at. What is more, we find that there are immoral behaviors in forging inspection certificates. We must pay enough attention to this and resolutely prevent such situations from happening again.
