    心有多大,舞臺就有多大。高爾基說過一句話:一個人的奮斗目標越高,其所激發的動力就愈大。古有言之:哀莫大于心死。這些看起來都風馬牛不相及,實際上卻反應了一個共同的道理:心態決定一切。凡做事前,心態好是前提。做陶瓷銷售亦是如此,前不久看一陶瓷行業報,上面一位陶瓷銷售同仁在談優秀業務員的條件時,第一點就提到心態的重要。筆者因感之同道,故觸感而發。

    Some manufacturers' salesmen, who can not find customers in the market development, complain that products are not good, the company's strength is not good enough, and the market is not good; if the customer talks about problems, they push the responsibility on the products; the customer loyalty is not high enough, and they complain that the service system of the manufacturers is not perfect; if the sales performance fails, they complain that the wages are not good enough, and they are not in the mood.
