    4, work-related injury insurance: the implementation of the industry benchmark rate and floating rate.


    (1) base rate: according to the degree of industrial injury risk in different industries, the industry is classified into three categories according to gb/t4754-2002.

    The unit that first participated in work-related injury insurance has implemented the benchmark rate of industry.

    The specific proportion is that one category of industry is 0.5% of the total wages of employees, the two category is 1% of the total wages of employees, and the three category is 2% of the total wages of employees.

    According to the industrial and commercial registration and the main production and operation situation of the employing units, the social security institutions separately determine the applicable rates of each unit.


    (2) floating rate: according to the employer's previous annual work injury insurance premium, the incidence of work-related injuries, and the degree of occupational hazards, the rate is regularly fluctuated.

    The floating rate is being worked out.


    Any unit should pay more than five kinds of insurance for the employees. The insurance deposit of 1000 yuan per unit is not justified.
