Then, customs officers also seized the "UGG" trademark and accessories suspected of infringement in two cartons sent from the same place and sent to the same address.
After counting, these "cottage goods" include 7 pairs of screen printing plates that can print "UGG" and "Timberland" trademarks, and brand matching brands with "UGG" trademarks, including 1800 plastic packaging bags, 2900 shoe size comparison tables, 2000 round plastic trademarks, 1400 buttons and 8900 kinds of paper tag tags.
Confirmed by the obligee, the above goods infringe the trademark rights of "UGG" and "Timberland".
The printing industry said that these screen printing plates are finished products which can be directly delivered to the printing plate, and can be used to print "UGG" and "Timberland" marks on the surfaces of different substrates such as garments, shoes and packages.
In conjunction with the trademark accessories seized at the same time, thousands of pairs of shoes without brand identification can be quickly disguised as genuine products.
