    The development of the digital tufted carpet weaving machine series of complete sets of equipment in Donghua University has a stable overall performance. The original technology of online compound jacquard mechanism, electronic roller dynamic characteristic accelerator, servo pverse cycle compensation method, flower pattern preparation system and other original technologies have been created, which greatly enriched the pattern of the carpet, effectively improved the weaving accuracy, and produced high-end carpet products with complex flower patterns and relief patterns. The weaving range of the pattern was beyond the international level. The resolution of the pattern increased from 2 needles of the international level to 1 needles, and the mechanical efficiency increased from 93% of the international level to 97%.

    The equipment has created the streamline arch carpet bottom plasticizing and setting machine and the two step coating process, so that the carpet product has no internal stress, long term pavement is not curly and no deformation, and saves more than 2% of the consumables. The rate of the finished product is over 99%.

    The equipment can completely replace imported equipment and has high cost performance.
