Qingdao Spot Checks Textile Products &Nbsp; Individual Products Ph Value Exceeds Standard.

　 Qingdao Quality Supervision Bureau recently announced the results of 2010 bedside product quality supervision and spot checks. The 29 batches of bedding products produced by 29 enterprises were mainly checked out of sheets and quilts, and 28 batches of physical objects were tested, and the qualified rate of physical objects was 96.6%.

The spot check is based on GB/T22797-2009. Sheet "GB/T22796-2009" quilt "and" quilt cover "and other national standard requirements, the identification, safety technology categories, formaldehyde content, pH value, color fastness (water resistance, acid perspiration, alkali resistance perspiration, dry friction, soaping), decomposable aromatic amine dyes, fiber composition content, washing size change rate and other items were tested.

From the spot checks, the quality of bedding products produced by Qingdao enterprises has been further improved, the passing rate has increased by 3.1 percentage points over the previous year, and the formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dye, color fastness and other related indicators closely related to physical health are all qualified. The main unqualified items of the 1 batches of substandard products are pH values. The "plum brand" sheets produced by Qingdao Jinxiu industry and Trade Co., Ltd. are required to be "4 to 7.5" and the detection value is 9.2.

It is understood that textile PH value is too high or too low, not only will stimulate the skin, but also may cause the skin to be infected by bacteria.
