TCL Group'S 2010 Performance Or Growth Of 10%

TCL group (000100.SZ) insiders disclosed to reporters on 16 December, the company's performance in 2010 will have an increase of about 10%.

This person explained that the performance of the company's communications business exceeded expectations this year, mainly due to the rapid growth of overseas markets, especially in Latin America and other emerging markets.

In addition, in the white business, the company received a subsidy of about 600 million yuan this year, and the subsidy policy made this part of the business revenue increase over last year.

On the same day, Liu Feiye, an analyst at Xiangcai securities, told reporters in a telephone interview that TCL has maintained a relatively fast growth trend in its communications business this year.

The development of emerging markets and the introduction of high-end mobile phones have become the backbone of the growth of their communications performance; the integration of TCL multimedia business chain and the improvement of product structure have also brought the company's performance growth; government subsidies have brought some profits to the company.

With the impact of the season, sales in the fourth quarter were better than those in the previous quarters.

In the first three quarters of 2010, the TCL group reported that its operating income was 36 billion 202 million yuan in the first three quarters of this year, with sales revenue of 35 billion 348 million yuan, an increase of 18.43% over the same period last year, resulting in a net profit of 195 million yuan, an increase of 27.43% over the same period last year.
