Textile Industry Adjustment And Upgrading, Gathering Vitality And Speeding Up Development
During the "11th Five-Year" period, the achievements of China's textile industry attracted worldwide attention. industrial structure With the continuous improvement, technological progress and remarkable achievements in energy conservation and emission reduction, China's capacity for independent innovation and technology and equipment has been continuously improved, and China's position as a world textile power has been further consolidated.
Over the past five years, China's textile industry increased its industrial added value by an average annual growth rate of 20.5%, and its fiber processing volume increased from 25 million 700 thousand tons in 2005 to 37 million 800 thousand tons in 2009. The growth rate reached 47%, an average annual growth rate of 10%, accounting for more than 50% of the world's fiber output.
The status of textile power is constantly consolidated.
In 2009, the textile industrial enterprises above Designated Size completed industrial output value of 396 million 410 thousand yuan, an increase of 92% over 2005, an average annual increase of 17.7%, and a total revenue of 38502 billion yuan, an increase of 91% over 2005, an average annual growth rate of 17.6%, and a total profit of 155 billion 800 million yuan, an increase of 1.2 times than that in 2005, with an average annual growth rate of 21.7%.
During the "11th Five-Year" period, the investment in fixed assets of textile industry continued to increase. In 2009, the total investment in fixed assets reached 310 billion 200 million yuan, an increase of 87% over 2005 and an annual increase of 17%.
Over the past five years, China has made chemical fiber, yarn, cloth, woolen goods and silk fabrics. Linen textiles Clothing and other products rank first in the world. In 2009, the national yarn production reached 24 million 50 thousand tons, an increase of 66% over 2005, an average annual increase of 13.5%, and chemical fiber production of 27 million 500 thousand tons, an increase of 65% over 2005, with an average annual growth rate of 13.4%.
In terms of exports, China's textile and clothing exports totaled US $171 billion 300 million in 2009, an increase of 45.8% over 2005.
Industrial structure is increasingly optimized
During the "11th Five-Year" period, China's textile industry has achieved remarkable results in its industrial restructuring. In 2009, the fiber processing capacity of the industrial textiles industry reached 7 million 230 thousand tons, an increase of 98% over the 3 million 650 thousand tons in 2005, with an average annual growth of 18.6%. The proportion of fiber consumption of the three main categories of clothing, household and industrial products was adjusted from 54: 33: 13 in 2005 to 51: 32: 17 in 2008. At the same time, chemical fiber has developed rapidly, the proportion in textile raw materials is close to 70%, and the proportion of differential fiber reaches 42%.
Over the past five years, textile industry cluster has increasingly become an important force in China's textile industry. China's textile industry association pilot 164 textile industrial clusters nationwide, accounting for more than 40% of the total national textile economy.
From the view of industrial layout, since 2004, the growth of fixed assets investment in the textile industry in the central region has begun to exceed the overall level of the industry. From the perspective of enterprise structure, in the 1~11 month of 2009, the total profit of the enterprises with the advantages of more than 32.2% of the total number of Enterprises above the scale increased by 30.7% over the same period last year, which is 5.3 percentage points higher than the average level of the industry. Among them, the total profit of 3666 key enterprises reached 40.2% over the same period last year, and the profit rate reached 15.7%.
With the continuous improvement of the industrial structure, substantial progress has been made in energy conservation and environmental protection in the textile industry.
On the one hand, the proportion of energy consumption of textile industry in industrial energy consumption has been decreasing year by year. It has dropped from 4.34% in 2005 to 3.6% in 2009, reducing by 0.74 percentage points. In particular, the growth rate of energy consumption in the industry is much lower than that in the industrial added value. The added value of the textile industry increased from 514 billion 536 million yuan in 2005 to 1 trillion and 35 billion 188 million yuan in 2009, an increase of 101.18%. The energy consumption increased from 68 million 668 thousand and 200 tons of standard coal in 2005 to 79 million 456 thousand and 500 tons of standard coal in 2009, and increased by only 15.71%. {page_break}
On the other hand, the added value of energy consumption in the textile industry continues to decline. Since 2005, the energy consumption of industrial added value of Enterprises above designated size has decreased by 8.65%, 13.36%, 18.77% and 10.54% over the previous year, and the total energy consumption has decreased by 42.10% over the past five years.
Technology and brand contribution rate
During the "11th Five-Year" period, China's textile industry will speed up scientific and technological progress as an important support for promoting industrial restructuring and industrial upgrading. With regard to the two main lines of innovation capability upgrading and technology upgrading, China's textile industry has made remarkable progress in science and technology.
At the end of 2004, in view of the main technical bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry, the outline for the development of science and technology in the textile industry proposed 28 key technologies and 10 new sets of key equipment urgently needed to be solved.
So far, the textile industry has made substantial breakthroughs in key technologies such as high performance, functional, differential fiber material technology, industrial textile materials technology, spinning and weaving high and new technology, high efficiency, environmental protection dyeing and finishing technology, textile information technology and new textile machinery, and a number of independently developed scientific and technological achievements and advanced equipment have been widely applied in the industry. Up to now, about 1/3 of the textile industry's strength of technology and equipment has reached the international advanced level, and the total labor productivity of Enterprises above designated size has doubled since 2005.
During the "11th Five-Year" period, the output value of large and medium-sized textile enterprises has been increased by nearly two times, and the output value of new products of Enterprises above designated size has increased by nearly two times. In the whole industry, 22 scientific and technological achievements have been awarded the national science and technology award. Among them, two achievements of "annual output of 4500 tons of viscose staple fiber engineering system integration" and "efficient short process embedded composite spinning technology and industrialization" have won the first prize of the national science and technology progress award.
Take Shandong Ruyi group and Wuhan University of Science and Engineering, Xi'an Polytechnic University as an example, the technology is the first innovative textile technology with independent intellectual property rights. It represents the most advanced textile processing level in the world. It not only promotes the technological progress and upgrading process of textile industry, but also has great significance for alleviating the shortage of resources and broadening the textile raw material resources.
It is worth mentioning that the textile industry has made remarkable achievements in its own brand building. During the "11th Five-Year" period, the external environment of the brand development of China's textile industry has been greatly improved. On the one hand, the state attaches great importance to the textile brand construction, and has promulgated a series of policy measures. The textile industry readjustment and revitalization plan clearly put forward the key tasks and goals of accelerating the construction of independent brands. Subsequently, the seven ministries and commissions of the state jointly issued the "guiding opinions on accelerating the construction of independent brand of clothing home textiles".
On the other hand, the social environment of textile brand development has been improved. Brand consumption has been accepted by more and more consumers. Brand competition has gradually replaced homogeneous competition, and brand value competition has gradually replaced price competition.
