If it's a good job, don't give up because you wait too long. Never reject each other on the grounds that the other party is not trustworthy or inefficient. This is a very immature manifestation of student spirit. Society is a society, you must learn to adapt to society, do not let society adapt to you;

　　 Four, we must have characteristics, but we should not be too exposed.

Everyone is applying for a job. If the conditions are not prominent, then your speech and speaking content should be different. It will make a deep impression on the other person. If you do not have your own strong points, you should deliberate on some better ways, but don't be too different. It's too clever to make a fool of yourself. This way, however, it will become more and more difficult. At the same time, don't look too sharp. After all, this is a job interview. My own eloquence is excellent, and every time I apply for a job, I will have outstanding performance in this respect, but at the same time I believe it has also brought some side effects. Many times, people will be presented with eloquent language, but often do not get the reexamination notice.

　　 Five, don't be too personal.

Personality is something, but it's probably not what you think you are. When I hired a unit, I suggested that if the leader gave me enough space, I would do the work well. It was a good feeling at that time, but I did not think more about the change of attitude of the other side. Later, in retrospect, the other side repeated my words with great dissatisfaction. It was obvious that I was easily disobedient to the leadership, so the impression was discounted.

　 Six, don't pay too much attention to details.

Many articles that apply for experience often include what to pick up a sheet of paper or what details to be hired. This is just a content that can be recognized as a literary and artistic feature. Do not think that all units will be like this. Most units still attach more importance to your actual ability and performance, not some details. Seven, be bold and confident in answering questions.

The other side sometimes raises some abstract questions, such as giving you one hundred thousand pieces of what you do, or related questions. At this time, you should not laugh awkwardly when you do not know how to answer, and try not to hesitate, because your answer is not important (unless it is too different or too outlandish). What matters is your expression and attitude, whether you have self-confidence or whether you have the courage to express your language. I believe that if you buy one hundred thousand socks with a pair of socks, if you speak well, you will have more chances to employ a large company than others.

　 Eight, express your hardship and in fact prepare for hardship.

Suffering is a relatively weak link in this era. Remember, this is a very crucial issue. In the tide of market economy, we are not more than those who are soft fed in the planned economy.
