What is the real value of these problems? In view of these problems, we did a questionnaire survey to find out whether job hunting should be formally dressed.
In what age do you think you should have your first suit?
Phenomenon:
Thousand yuan buy interview set up
It is coming to the lunar new year. A new round of graduate recruitment interview is coming to a peak. Many fresh graduates are considering buying a set of formal dress for interview.
Wang Fang, who is going to graduate from university in July, has finally received an interview notice from the applicants.
After receiving the notice, she was puzzled. She had been in school before, and her clothes were either "lovely wind" or "student spirit", which was not suitable for the interview.
After thinking about it, Wang Fang decided to buy a professional suit by spending money.
As soon as she went shopping, she knew that a lot of clothes were going on thousands of times. In order to increase the weight of success, she eventually bought a suit of 1388 yuan and a pair of leather shoes of 368 yuan, and the two items cost 1756 yuan.
Luckily, she got the job by her excellent performance and confidence.
Wang Fang, who successfully applied for a job, introduced a successful job search experience in a forum, which caused a heated discussion among netizens: a netizen "grass roots" replied, "do students have to wear formal clothes when they are looking for jobs and interviews? If necessary, how much is it appropriate to buy?" some netizens agree to buy suits, and netizens "Chu people" say, "if you want to find a good job, or do you want to buy a formal suit, no less money, where will you get it?"
Netizens "Peng Nan people" said: "are still students, buy some ordinary can do, should not insist on buying high-end."
Reporters found in the survey, from November 2010, in some colleges and universities in Beijing, many campus clothing manufacturers posted advertisements on the campus bulletin boards in a very concealed place, and many "formal groups" gathered around the school library and took pictures of the formal pictures.
Many boys wear suits, shirts and leather shoes, and students without Western suits are brand new.

Do you think you lack a professional dress?
Analysis:
Wearing indirectly reflects work attitude.
What are the clothes to wear during the interview? Are there strict dress codes? What are the dress requirements and what are the requirements? What are the secrets of the interview dress? Why are the attitudes of the interviewees so different?
In the survey, more than a majority of the respondents believed that wearing a more professional suit or formal dress during the interview was more convincing than those who wore informal clothes.
96.50% of the respondents accepted this statement because they had been embarrassed by the lack of a professional attire during the interview.
3.5% of the respondents believe that college students have little financial resources, so they can dress appropriately and dress properly, consistent with their identity. They do not necessarily have to wear formal clothes. They should do their best.
As college students gradually find their place in the workplace, their dress will gradually pform from the beginning of the student costume into a professional suit.
Among the respondents, 35.67% live in the Bohai Bay urban agglomeration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, 45.98% live in the Yangtze River Delta city group, and 18.35% live in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations.
In their view, college students' interview is a reminder of their attitude towards the job, and a reminder that they have pformed from students into a workplace and enter a working state.
In addition, for the interviewees of different family income, the proportion of their interviewees should be about 66.54%, but the highly educated people are more agreed with the statement.
31.18% of respondents believed that they bought formal clothes for interviews and other occasions, and did not like the clothes they bought.
However, for the current clothing brands in the domestic market, including international brands, 75.69% of respondents said they had their own favorite brands, while 24.31% of respondents believed that they did not present their favorite brand names at present.

If so, how much is it?
Analysis:
Is the formal interview related to the industry?
Although the survey did not involve the investigator in the industry, the reporter found in interviews with some employers that when recruiting talented people, they did not deliberately ask applicants to wear formal clothes, so long as they are neat and decent.
The most important thing for interviewing units is ability.
Is there any connection between the interview dress and the industry characteristics? 67% of the respondents believe that it is very necessary to buy a formal suit, 5% of the respondents think that they do not need to wear formal clothes at all, and 26% of the respondents believe that whether to buy formal clothes depends on the industry they are engaged in. 2% of the respondents think that buying a suit first is a good preparation.
There is a certain correlation between them, but it is also a traditional way of thinking.
It is obviously a vague concept to conform to the professional regulations.
When an industry is replaced by a symbolic thing, it seems to the world that this industry should be dressed in such a workplace. If an enterprise takes an unusual route, it will be considered to be informal or there are certain problems.
Whether a college student should wear formal clothes or not depends on what unit he chooses.
In general, companies with innovative spirit do not really need formal clothes. For example, IT companies or creative enterprises work in fixed offices. Creative people can dress casually or even take pets to work. They are more casual in dress.
Some companies also value job seekers wearing formal clothes, such as lawyers, business representatives, salesmen, and other industries that require frequent dealings with people.
Correspondingly, respondents will choose to purchase the right price according to family income.
54% of respondents thought it was normal to spend 1000 yuan -2000 yuan on formal clothes.
31% of respondents also said that the price of 500 yuan -1000 yuan is more acceptable.
7% of the respondents would choose a formal dress between 400-500 yuan, while 5% of respondents would prefer a 300-400 yuan formal dress.
Only 3% of families with higher family incomes and higher education have no hesitation in buying more than $2000.
To a certain extent, it shows the determination to spare money for the employers.
For the real value of the selected suits, 20% of the respondents agreed with the brand image, brand positioning, customized demand, customized production, value service and product technology content, which will reflect the true value of the professional dress.
On the understanding of this issue, no matter whether the respondents were classified according to their location, age, sex, family income difference and education level, they all maintained an unanimous view.
They believe that choosing good quality clothing can also reflect their good quality.
Therefore, excluding the price consideration, an average of 23.19% of respondents paid more attention to the formal design, fabric texture, color and after-sales service.
In addition, an average of 38.27% of the respondents said that shirts and leather shoes were also necessary for matching the dress, while 15.2% of the respondents would choose neckties, and 8.27% of the respondents would choose to buy other products that they thought they had to match.
To sum up, job seekers generally believe that it is hard to find jobs without formal clothes, and it is difficult to find a good job without wearing formal clothes.
Before college students get employed, the "formal dress craze" seems overwhelming.
In the survey, three people aged between 18 years old, -24 years old, -28 years old, and over 28 years old were interviewed.
According to the survey, 58.13% of the respondents were men and 41.87% were women.
Among them, 83.18% of respondents thought they should have a formal dress before they were 20 years old, and 16.82% thought it would be not too late to buy a formal dress at graduation or at the beginning of their work.
