The survey shows that over 70% of the posts require workers' age, sex and educational level.
83.6% of the posts have age requirements, of which 43% of them are required to be 18 to 25 years old, 32.9% of those aged 26 to 35, and 7.7% of those who are over 36 years old. There are gender requirements for 75% jobs, which require women to account for 45.3%, requiring men to account for the majority. The requirements for junior jobs are junior high school and above educational level, which require junior middle school education to account for high school and above educational level.
Increasing demand for employment in Northern Jiangsu, South of Jiangsu
Sustained economic growth is the main reason for the large increase in employment.
According to the survey, the proportion of recruiting enterprises has been restored to the level before the financial crisis this year. The number of jobs offered is 20.4% higher than that before the holiday (the number of new recruits is reduced to make up for the number of employees lost). The growth rate has reached a new high since 2006. The planned recruitment enterprises have 175 new recruits, which is nearly two times that of 2010.
The demand for labor in Northern Jiangsu continued to maintain a strong growth momentum, providing a net increase of 36.3% over the pre holiday period, higher than the increase in South of Jiangsu's central Jiangsu Province, which has become the main driving force for the rapid growth of employment demand in our province.
Among them, Huaian, Suqian and Xuzhou ranked the top three in the province by 61.8%, 33.4% and 29.9%.
As a manufacturing province, 7 of the new posts came from the second industry in the spring. However, with the increase of residents' income and the expansion of domestic demand, the demand for third industries, such as accommodation, catering, business services, residential services, pportation and pportation, increased significantly to 43.9%, which was 25 percentage points higher than that of the second industry.

Experts say that the demand for labor in Northern Jiangsu and the third industry has increased rapidly. However, due to the low wages and the changing employment concept of the new generation of migrant workers, it is difficult to ease the shortage of recruitment difficulties in Northern Jiangsu and third industries.
