    After listing, I found that the smart and capable people who joined the company started their own businesses, or were left by the headhunting companies. On the contrary, those who were not smart stayed in the company for years, but instead we succeeded.

    From the beginning, we set a strategy for helping small businesses through e-commerce. Today, it seems successful.

    If you want to ask me why Alibaba is so powerful, how can we predict e-commerce so early?

    I want to tell you, in fact, we had no other way to go at that time.

    At that time, there were only three modes of network economy: portal websites, no money, no resources, game websites, I didn't want children to play in games, so we could only do e-commerce.


    Alipay seems to be a very successful innovation now, but it is also forced by me.


    In those days, Taobao did a lot of excitement, but there was no way to trade. China's online credit situation forced us to solve the problem of payment.
