Some analysts believe that a set of trading dispute resolution mechanism issued by the regulations seems to learn from the overseas concept of honest consumption, and in fact, it protects consumers' rights, but in fact, it creates a greater possibility of disputes.
The new rules of online shopping are too forward-looking, which is not realistic for the current market.
In view of the rising cost of sellers' worries, a platform has launched a service that takes the cost of refund postage. When the buyer asks for a refund, the website will bear the freight and provide pickup service.
