Of course, we can not shirk the responsibility of the Post-80's, but when we blame them for "irresponsibility", enterprises should also understand it. Perhaps we can give more tolerance from the perspective of the current situation of occupation, the development prospect and the realistic pressure.
After entering the workplace, the 80's have gradually entered the year of their founding. They are no longer the children who do not know the height of the world. They are starting to get married. In reality, prices are flying every day and prices are rising every day. After 80 days, they are thinking about how to earn more money. Next, in order to face their parents and raise their children, they need to find a career that can sustain development, raise salaries and do not have a ceiling.
However, how can we get such a job just coming out of the beautiful ivory tower?

These jobs are widely distributed, such as management software applications, ERP implementation consultants (financial, human resources, supply chain, technical structure) /ERP service support engineer, ERP pre sales consultant, ERP product technology support manager, customer manager, project manager, Information Application Engineer / operation maintenance personnel /ERP technical support engineer, /ERP system engineer, IT consulting or planning, etc. they all belong to a career with clear development path and clear development goals, and development will not encounter "ceiling".
Among them, ERP consultants have experienced the development sequence of primary consultants, intermediate consultants and senior advisors, and eventually become CIO and expert consultants. At the same time, with the rising level, salaries have doubled.
The survey shows that, with the increasing demand of ERP consultants, the number of people who choose to do this job in many post-80s post-graduates has gradually increased. Even the masters, doctorate and some overseas returnees have been included. We all have taken the high value and huge development potential of ERP consultants.
In short, the post-80s in the workplace need not only a simple job that can sustain life. They pursue a stable, high salary, rising space and decent occupation. They hope that they can get the affirmation of the employing unit with their own efforts, and gradually have some voice, rather than "not being valued".
I believe that if the enterprise gives the Post-80's such a job, then the group's "trust crisis" will inevitably be self defeating.
