Introduction:

    Shenyang Normal University The famous historical and cultural city, which is located near the provincial civilization, is one of the key normal universities directly under the province. The school of fine arts and design belongs to the school of art. It was formerly merged with the Art Department of the teachers' College, and merged with the art school. In 2003, the Department of fine arts and Department of fine arts was merged into the Chinese Academy of fine arts. In August 2005, with the attentions and attention of the provincial government and the provincial government, the provincial government approved the transfer of some professional teachers from the University of textile and textile workers to the Department of fine Arts and set up the school of fine arts and design. At the same time, the Academy of fine arts and design has taken the step forward with a proud posture, and completed the development and growth step by step.
    
 
The fine arts and Design Institute now has fine arts, painting, and Art design 3 undergraduate, 11 professional, 1 masters of fine arts, 1 masters of education, 1 masters of Arts. Under the Department of art education, Department of painting, environmental art, visual design department, animation design department, exhibition design department 6 departments, national culture research center, Visual Arts Research Center, large-scale theme creation center, animation art development center and other 4 research centers, forming a variety of art and design education teaching system of science class and school running level. The Institute has 1203 full-time undergraduates, 105 graduate students and 10 overseas students.
The college has a high quality, strong business, reasonable structure, rigorous teaching staff. There are 90 teaching staff, including 6 professors, 4 external teachers, 25 associate professors, and 50% of the teachers with master's degree or above. In addition, the Institute has introduced some influential experts from home and abroad to teach, including Xu Yong, a famous painter, a famous oil painter, Guang Ting Bo, and Britain's Szeto an, American Bader and He Ying and Zhuo min of Japan.
    
   
The Institute persisted in teaching and scientific research and achieved fruitful results. In recent years, it has undertaken many design and construction projects for large-scale exhibition activities, including over 10 national, ministerial and transverse research projects, 50 teaching materials and publications, 50 works, and over 150 academic papers in the national core journals, over 300 works, 80 pieces of outstanding works won gold, silver and bronze medals in the national professional art and design exhibition. 10 design series textbooks have been included in the 11th Five-Year national education science planning subject, and the art education teacher education series has become the national normal art education textbook template. The student's works won many awards for national art competitions. Among them, the paintings and design works of the National College Students' artistic performances were awarded a number of gold medals. The National College Environmental art design year award was awarded the gold medal, and the design product was awarded more than 30 patents. With the improvement of the academic status of our academy and the expansion of social influence, "the third national art academy dean Summit Forum" and "Sino Russian oil painter Works Exhibition" were successfully held at the college.
   

In recent years, the Institute has jointly worked with foreign universities such as Moscow Normal University and Kyoto Media University. In September 2009, our institute worked with Japan's Hsu Hing Jin Co., Ltd. to jointly launch undergraduate education and postgraduate education.
