In this tournament, there are two individual events of men's individual and women's individual events. The men's and women's individual competitions are divided into four levels: lightweight, middleweight, heavyweight and heavyweight.

In the June 8th competition, the athletes of Jimei University, wearing Hongxing Erke equipment and harboring the belief of "TO BE No.1", fully carried forward the spirit of indomitable struggle and finally advanced into the four strong teams.
The finals in June 9th were the most severe test for Hongxing Erke. After a fierce battle, Xu Tsui - Jun of the women's group defeated Hubei University and won the lightweight title. Huang Huiyuan defeated the Fujian Normal University and won the heavyweight champion. Wang Jinhua defeated the Inner Mongolia Normal University and won the second heavyweight runner up. Cai Yanling won the third place.
In terms of men's group, Lin Shi Feng Yongsheng won the middleweight champion of Inner Mongolia Normal University, and Chen Jingzhi defeated the Inner Mongolia Normal University to win the heavyweight runner up. The tension De De heavyweight and Wu Jinguo light weight contended for third place respectively. Hongxing Erke fighters scored the first total score in the group and took the national ranking No.1.
It is understood that the tournament is sponsored by the national Ministry of education, the Chinese University Sports Association and the national foot fighter Promotion Committee. The Fujian Provincial College Sports Association, the Nanping Sports Bureau of Fujian province and the Fujian foot fighters Association jointly undertake the Wuyi college.
The foot fighter championship has been listed as one of the major events of the 2011 China University sports competition program. It is the highest level of Chinese college students' foot fighter competition.
