Falsely reporting the chaotic phenomena of commencement

Construction funds in place doubt

At the same time, although the threshold of bond financing has been liberalized, it is also doubtful whether sufficient funds can be absorbed in the case of relatively low yield of the guaranteed housing and slow return of funds.
In addition, the expert also pointed out that due to the demolition and resettlement and other issues, the timely and full supply of land will also become an important factor affecting the construction of affordable housing.
Jiang Weixin, Minister of housing and urban rural development, had previously requested that all affordable housing must be completed before the end of November.

Suburbanization of affordable housing

The real question is whether the quality and quality of housing construction can be similarly guaranteed while ensuring progress.
Cao Jianhai told reporters that from the national perspective, the quality of affordable housing construction is generally not as good as commercial housing. Under the circumstances of large-scale construction, the quality of construction is even more difficult to guarantee.
Although the Ministry of housing has repeatedly stressed the basic engineering construction standards, the quality problem is still inevitable.
In the first quarter of this year, the inspection team of the Department of housing and urban and rural construction of Guangxi randomly inspecting some construction projects of affordable housing. It was found that some projects had some problems such as poor construction quality, more security risks, lack of quality assurance data, and inadequate project management personnel.
Cao Jianhai also said that in order to ensure the operating rate, many affordable housing projects were remote and lack of supporting facilities, which greatly affected the convenience and comfort of the residents.
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of land, this year, we will ensure that affordable housing, shanty towns and self occupied small and medium-sized commercial housing land will not be less than 70% of the total supply of housing construction land.

Cao Jianhai suggested that while paying attention to the progress of affordable housing construction, we should also emphasize the quality of housing construction and the problem of lots.
Otherwise, even the completion of the 10 million sets of affordable housing construction tasks, the actual effect will also shrink dramatically.
