    Li Shubin believes that the biggest difficulty of footwear B2C is the supply chain, and the selection, procurement cycle, storage management and inventory turnover are all very important parts.

    In Li Shubin's view, besides B2C, there are many opportunities for vertical B2C, such as selling desktop plants and doll toys online.

    But he does not recommend a single brand to build B2C itself, because users need one-stop shopping service. If different brands need to buy different websites, it will increase the marketing cost of the enterprises and the conversion rate will not be high. Therefore, cooperation with various platforms should be strengthened.
