On the evening of April 30, 2011,

In the morning, Wang Xiangchun's husband Huang Xingrong was arrested by the Beijing Daxing District Public Security Bureau on suspicion of illegally occupying agricultural land. Wang Xiangchun went to Beijing about 1965 kilometers overnight.

Before that, she lived in Wenzhou and rarely asked about the company.

On the morning of May 11th at 6 a.m., it was still dark. In Beijing, Wang Xiangchun, who was anxious to sleep in Beijing and some early merchants, saw a group of people coming to the building materials city of Qingyun Town, Daxing District, Beijing. "There are about five or six hundred people," a businessman recalled.

More than 10 forklifts and excavators quickly dismembered two wholesale towns, and 9 new conjoined houses were quickly dismantled in 3 hours.

Accidental fall?

Xu Chengwu, the company's security guard, was the first to rush out. Then more than a dozen security guards followed him, but he was immediately overpowered by the opposing forces.

Wang Xiangchun was quickly dragged by several people into a car and sent to Qingyun Town Central Hospital.

At that time, Wang's cell phone could still be contacted. On the way, she made a phone call to Huang Bingao, a sophomore in Beijing, who said the hospital wanted to give her a sedative.

Wang Xiangchun used to be a nurse. She made fun of her son's ignorance and rudeness on the phone.

After the end of the demolition, Wang Xiangchun, who was stranded in the central hospital for more than 5 hours, was released.

At 1 p.m. on May 11th, Wang Xiangchun reported to the police station of Qingyun town on the grounds of illegal detention. Huang Bingao did not follow his mother because he was interviewed by a reporter from the Beijing News.

Huang Bing Ao's cousin, Huang Jiansheng, was beaten in another interrogation room.

The surveillance video from family members showed that although the police station of Qingyun town asked Wang Xiangchun to catch up as soon as possible, so that Wang Xiangchun had not yet had time to eat lunch, but in fact, until 2:30 p.m., Qingyun shop police station gave Wang Xiangchun a formal pcript.

This record lasted for an hour or so, and then the Qingyun shop sent the criminal reason. Wang Xiangchun was asked to wait for the Interpol of the Daxing District Public Security Bureau sub Bureau.

After the arrival of the Interpol team, the pcript continued. During the process, Wang Xiangchun's voice was calm, clear thinking and "no mood swings".

Around 5:30 p.m., Wang's pcript was completed, but the police station asked him to wait.

At 5:51 on May 11th, Wang Xiangchun received a call from his sister Wang shield. He learned that his brother-in-law Lu Jun would arrive in Beijing at 10 p.m., and Wang Xiangchun told her that he would go to pick up the plane with his son and let Wang Dun send the flight number and the terminal number.

Wang Xiangchun, who thought the incident was finished, gave a call to Huang Bing AO and told him that his pcript was about to end.

During the waiting period, Huang Jiansheng sent Wang Xiangchun a bottle of mineral water and saw Wang Xiangchun resting on the table because she was tired.

Huang Bingao and his mother Wang Xiangchun arrived at Qingyun township police station 10 minutes later, and parked the car on the 104 National Road outside the police station. Then they called their mother and said they were waiting outside the gate.

But when Wang Xiangchun tried to leave the police station, he was accidentally blocked by a staff member.

Wang Xiangchun, who was angry, asked the policeman sitting at the door, "why not let yourself go?"

The policeman replied coldly: "the leaders in the town will not let go."

Surveillance video showed that there were town government personnel walking back and forth in the corridor.

At 6:51 in the afternoon, Wang Xiangchun waited for half an hour after waiting for half an hour. Once again, he went out of the inquiry room and had an argument with one in the corridor. Then Wang Xiangchun returned to the inquiry room and began to cry.

Halfway through, a policeman entered, comforting a few words, and backing out.

Later, Wang Xiangchun gave his last call to second sister Wang Xianghong.

But because Wang Xianghong lost his cell phone in the hotel, he finally failed to receive the call.

This made Wang's family feel deeply sorry. "We don't know what she wants to say at last."

Towards 7 in the evening, Wang Xiangchun left the criminal investigation room for the third time, and no one stopped.

The video showed that she went to the next office building.

According to the police on duty, Wang Xiangchun said he was going to the bathroom next door, and there was one on the first floor of the next office.

Shortly after Wang Xiangchun entered the building, two people entered the office building.

The status of personnel is unknown.

However, Wang Xiangchun's action stopped abruptly. From surveillance video, she could only see the final scene of her landing. The thin woman backed up, her hips were on the floor, and her shoes were thrown aside.

What happened in the criminal investigation room?

What happened in the minutes after Wang Xiangchun entered the office building?

Everything is a mystery now.

Even when he saw the ambulance driving into the police station, Huang Bing Ao, who was sitting outside the police station, was still not too vigilant.

10 minutes later, the ambulance lamp lit up, and he realized that something might be wrong.

Anxiously, Huang Bing Ao made a phone call to cousin Huang Jiansheng, and asked to see how his mother was. Huang Jiansheng found no one in the criminal investigation room.

The two men then planned to follow the ambulance to the hospital, but were blocked by three cars at the door.

"One of my cars was parked in the yard, and the three cars quickly came together."

Huang Bing Ao recalls.

After a stalemate for several minutes, a policeman came to persuade the other vehicles to leave, before they could leave.

After being informed of Wang Xiangchun falling down, a staff member called the emergency phone.

Qingyun Town Center Hospital ambulance arrived at the scene around 7:15. On site inspection, rescue workers found that Wang Xiangchun had "lost consciousness, dilated pupils, lost the beating of the carotid artery, stopped breathing and heartbeat," and Wang Xiangchun was sent to the Central Hospital of Qingyun town for the second time.

"The left occipital part can be subcutaneous hematoma of a 4.0cm * 6.0CM, and the right upper arm can be seen contusion of skin," nurse Li Qian wrote in his rescue record.

At 9:45 in the evening of May 11th, after 2 hours and 25 minutes of rescue, Wang Xiangchun still had no vital signs and was declared dead.

The attending physician is Xiao Zhong. During the treatment, Dr. Cao Shujun, the chief physician of the Daxing District hospital internal medicine department, and the deputy director of the Department of medicine, held a consultation on this, and found that she had "abnormal echoes of respiration" and "pleural effusion (blood)."? "The report does not come from the doctor's guess, because the town hospital has no equipment to detect.

During the period of rescue, the family members who heard the news were surrounded by many staff members of the town government working cards, and told that they could not visit them. The reason was to guard against their rioting.

A friend of Huang Bingao's colleague said, "every family member has five or six people close to him, unable to get away."

At about 10 o'clock in the evening, the family members were forced to take the house arrest in the nearby forbidden villa.

Direct family members are kept in separate closed rooms and unable to talk to one another.

In the afternoon of May 13th, after 16 hours of house arrest, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Daxing District gave Huang bing an arrogant message and informed Wang Xiang Chun that he had died.

On the afternoon of the second day, Huang Xingrong, who was still under arrest, was informed of his wife's death and was released on bail pending trial.

In May 16th, Huang Bingao finally saw the mother lying in the freezer at the Daxing District forensic center, but only when she saw her head, she was quickly persuaded by the staff.

The family members of grief and resolution cried out to syncope outside the door.

The distance was 4 days away.

In May 14th, according to the first autopsy results, the Daxing District public security bureau gave the conclusion of "high falling death".

293 acres of land

The trouble has arisen from 293 mu of land.

In 2005, Huang Xingrong rented the long idle land to Beijing Sifang honesty industry and Trade Co., Ltd. at the price of 5000 yuan per mu. The agreed rent period was 28 years, and the rent increased year by year.

The land is located in Qingyun Town, six ring south of Daxing District, Beijing, and only 40 kilometers to Hebei.

The land was originally collectively owned by Cao village.

The wasteland was built by Caomura Saku in the agricultural machinery school, when the land was converted to farming land.

But after a long two years, due to lack of funds and other issues, Caomura built only red brick walls around the land.

Huang Xingrong, who was engaged in commercial real estate in Wuxi, Jiangsu, was informed of the land idle news and went to Qingyun Dian town.

At the beginning of the entry, Huang Xingrong questioned the nature of the land. But at that time, the director of Cao Cun village and the mayor of Qingyun Township, Zhang Fan had promised that they could come forward to coordinate the pformation of land property.

Huang Xingrong subsequently established the Beijing Kok Kai Tengda Investment Co., Ltd. and obtained the business license.

The scope of business license includes building materials, investment and so on.

After 2009, Huang Xingrong leveled the land on the basis of the original land and built the wholesale building of South Dahongmen building materials. The first phase covers an area of 18000 square meters and the investment amount is about 60 million yuan.

After the completion of the first phase, the town government had asked for the identification of the building safety, and the government commissioned the appraisal institution to appraise the quality of the building, and was identified as "qualified".

Since 2008, the Beijing municipal government has intensified its efforts to invest in the south of the city.

After the departure of the former deputy mayor of Qingyun Town, Yan Deqiang, the new secretary of the town Party committee, asked for a repurchase of the land at a price of 20 million yuan.

"But only one phase invested more than about 60000000 yuan. How to lose money?"

Huang Xingrong rejected the proposal.

But since then, the land crisis has begun to continue. Qingyun town insists that building materials city is a "illegal building".

In August 2010, Beijing Tengda set up two shops in the dispute.

Since then, Huang Xingrong and the local town government have been in a stalemate.

In April 25, 2011, a fire broke out in a residential street on the South Street of old town in Daxing District, Beijing. The Beijing leader was furious and demanded to clear all the illegal buildings in the area.

Huang Xingrong, a building material city in southern Dahongmen, was listed as a key illegal building in Qingyun town and ordered to be demolished.

Huang Xingrong refused to move away.

In April 30th, Huang was detained by the Daxing District public security sub Bureau on the charge of "suspected illegal occupation of agricultural land" and was formally arrested in May 9th.

At 6 a.m. on May 11th, there were no written notices, including five hundred or six hundred people wearing uniform dark blue uniforms and town government uniform work cards, to enter the building materials city.

Some of the monitors stationed in the shops were able to record all the scenes of demolition at that time because they were not found.

After the incident

In the forensic report, there were "blue purple wounds on the neck" and the rest of the wounds scattered on the body, which proved that there were traces of entangling before the death.

At the same time, Wang Xiangchun did not see any blood after falling down, and his family insisted that Wang Xiangchun would have died before falling down.

Wang Xiangchun's sisters could hardly believe that Wang Xiang Chun would commit suicide: "how can a man who is so meek and tough before his life choose such an extreme way to commit suicide?"

Moreover, before Wang Xiangchun promised her sister Wang Dun to pick up the plane, she knew that her son was waiting for her outside.

Huang Xingrong, accompanied by lawyer Zhao Qilong of Kyoto law firm, went to the township health center and asked for a copy of admission records.

At that time, two people did not arrive at the hospital, that is, there were a large number of people waiting there. Huang Xingrong once suspected that cell phones were being monitored.

The hospital has a very cautious attitude, saying that the consent must be obtained from the leadership of the town government before the admission record can be given to the family members.

The family asked the police to inform the disagreements with Wang Xiangchun and the real identity of the person who entered the building, but they were all refused. The police claimed that they would "slowly inform the findings of the investigation".

Meanwhile, the Public Security Bureau claimed that Wang Xiangchun had fallen on the two floor, but no surveillance video was installed in the area, so it was difficult to know the final situation.

In the face of many doubts, the police explanation failed to convince the families of the deceased, and the family members asked the public security organs to entrust an independent forensic institution for autopsy.

Under the interrogation of the family's anger, the attitude of the Daxing District government began to ease.

The government said everything could be deliberated, but asked the family members to sign, "corpse cremation as soon as possible"; and family members insisted on waiting for autopsy reports to come out and then deliberate.

The specific compensation for demolitions and handling is under further consultation.

A month after the incident, Qingyun shop was hanging around, "illegal buildings must be demolished" and "red tape" is a red banner.

During the interview with reporters from Zhejiang businessmen to Qingyun Dian Town, they were intercepted by a propaganda department, and the other side refused to respond to any response.

Huang and his son stayed in a hotel away from Qingyun town in Daxing District after the incident, because "worry is not safe enough".

On the morning of June 23rd, relevant officials in Daxing District, Beijing, went to Wenzhou and Hangzhou, Zhejiang, to inform the Zhejiang provincial government and the Wenzhou municipal government of the incident.
