    Reporters learned that the "proposal" was submitted to the State Council through the Guangdong provincial government.

    During the "12th Five-Year" period, the total number of tasks for the construction of affordable housing in the mainland of China will reach 35 million sets.

Starting construction and supply is on the one hand, but on the other hand, whether a more scientific work method should be used to predict the total demand of affordable housing, so that both the central government and the work of local governments can be more targeted."

    Before 2010, the Ministry of housing had set the total amount of construction and completion of low rent housing as 7 million 500 thousand sets.

    In 2007, the Beijing municipal government promulgated the "administrative measures for the management of affordable housing in Beijing (Trial Implementation)" and "Beijing city's low rent housing management measures". Therefore, Beijing has become one of the first cities to implement the waiting management system for affordable housing.

    Since then, the waiting system has been implemented in Shenzhen.

    In addition to the large cities, Urumqi also implemented the waiting system in the field of low rent housing.


    "The waiting system in Singapore is not exactly the same as ours. He has a relatively complete exit mechanism. Once you exceed the standards of safeguards, we will move out. But in our waiting system, the exit is still relatively large."

    The reporter understands that the reason why Singapore can achieve a better exit in the waiting list system is mainly due to the complete establishment of a "card" management system which sets up personal tax, housing ownership, personal credit and identity card management, so as to realize a timely understanding of the changes in its income conditions.


    "The system of waiting without admittance is not a sound waiting, because it is a waiting system that keeps increasing the total volume. I am afraid the government needs more work in this area."
