Wenzhou Vocational And Technical College Fostering High Skilled Shoemaking Talents
In view of the problems existing in the construction of training bases in Higher Vocational Colleges in the past few years, combined with the practice of base construction in Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College in the past few years, we believe that in order to achieve productive training, we must deal well with the relationship between schools and enterprises, training and production, teaching and technology research and development. We must pay attention to the practicality, openness and professionalism of teaching process, pay attention to the consistency between students' learning and practical work, pay attention to exploring the integration of classroom and practice points, the cultivation of students' innovative ability, and the formation of win-win mechanism for school enterprise cooperation.
We divide the acquisition of students' skills into three stages: the primary stage lies in the basic skills mastery; the intermediate stage focuses on the comprehensive skill training; the advanced stage mainly trains the student's innovative spirit and the research and development ability.
According to the rule of skill mastery, in order to meet the training needs of students at different stages, the concept of "three in one" Campus Training Base was put forward, and a positive exploration and practice was carried out.
The so-called "three in one" campus training base refers to the "learning and doing" and "productive" training as the basis, with the corresponding technology development and service center as the support, in order to cultivate innovative spirit and ability of highly skilled applied talents to create superior training conditions, the base is composed of three parts: "classroom and practice training points", "training and production integration" and "teaching and technology development, service integration".
Through the combination of learning and doing, we should explore the integration of classroom and practice points, and combine on-site teaching with on-the-spot training to enable students to interact with teaching and training and production in "learning while teaching and learning by doing," and effectively implement the experiment and training of students' basic skills.
Through the "school enterprise integration" productive training in the school, students carry out professional skills training, complete production and training tasks in real production environment, master comprehensive operation skills, and thus have the ability of off campus internship.
By completing the graduation project (or comprehensive practice) in the applied subject of technology development and technical service, students' innovative spirit and ability are trained, and the internal requirement of realizing the win-win of University and enterprise and the function of social service in Colleges and universities is met.
Wenzhou is the shoe capital of China. Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College has a major in shoe making technology. According to the requirements of "three in one", the shoe training center has adopted the mode of combining learning with doing, school enterprise cooperation.
The teaching method of multimedia courseware teaching, on-the-spot equipment demonstration and practical operation is used to make students interact with training and production in "teaching while studying and learning by doing."
The workshop is not only a workshop for the production of fine shoes by cooperative enterprises, but also a practical training base for students in schools. The technical workers in the workshop are both production personnel, as well as the guidance instructors of the manufacturing process, giving full play to the role of the instructors in the production workers and technicians of the enterprises, and realizing the interaction between teaching and production.
School enterprise integration production base: after "learning to do one" stage, students entered the center of production and training of China Shoes Capital (Kangtai) co founded with Kangtai Footwear Company to carry out comprehensive productive training.
The shoe production line of the center is presented by the Wenzhou shoe machine Association. The college provides venues and equipment, and Kangtai selects a number of skilled workers and management personnel to work in the training center of the college, and the center produces 100 pairs of exquisite shoes.
At the same time, the production and study center undertakes the student training guidance task, alternately arranges production stations and practice stations on both sides of the pipeline, and achieves the purpose of productive on-the-job training in the school.
R & D service base: under the training center, the shoe research and development center is set up, and the research and development work is carried out jointly by the college and the Wenzhou Kangtai footwear company.
The R & D center adopts the operation mode of the enterprise, mainly developing the leather shoes of Italy (the most high-end leather shoes) and the leather shoes for men and women. According to the production needs, we define the design theme and organize the graduating class students to participate in the design of each season's shoes.
Under the guidance of the center designer, the center is responsible for making sample shoes for the design draft, and the students are involved in the whole production process, so as to cultivate the students' R & D capability.
On the basis of shoemaking technology training center, the Institute has built three practical training bases, namely, light industry, mechanical engineering and construction engineering, which embodies the "three in one" training base, and has introduced more than 10 cooperative enterprises with strong counterparts and strong leading role in the industry, such as Kangtai footwear, Jian Da Electronics, and top Feng furniture.
At the same time, a number of scientific research and service organizations have been set up in Zhejiang, such as furniture platform for wood technology innovation platform, Key Laboratory of mould technology in Wenzhou, shoe research and development center, cost engineering service center, etc.
The college plans to build two practical training bases for electrical and electronic engineering training centers and modern business training centers before 2009, and to promote the three schools in one school.
In the future, how to further improve the connotation construction of "three in one" campus training base and give full play to its role in training highly skilled talents, there are still many problems to be further explored and considered.
1., promote the reform of talent cultivation mode characterized by "work integrated learning".
According to the requirements of "three in one", we should further promote the reform of personnel training mode characterized by "work integrated learning".
We should vigorously develop order training and work alternation, and adopt various teaching modes such as "1+1+1", "1+2" and "2+1".
At the same time, we should reform the existing teaching management, supervision and guarantee system, and establish a set of teaching management, supervision and guarantee system to adapt to the combination of work and study.
To clarify the responsibilities and rights and interests of both schools and enterprises, establish flexible educational system, meet the needs of practical teaching, set up a work diary system and corresponding assessment methods for productive training in schools, establish a monitoring system combining work prevention and real-time monitoring to ensure the implementation of practical training in schools; personnel system, distribution system, professional title assessment, etc., should be appropriately tilted to the training instructor team, so as to ensure that the hours of practice teaching and class hours are no less than theoretical courses.
2., we should promote the reform of the curriculum system guided by job requirements and work processes.
Through deepening the connotation construction of the base and strengthening the training of students' technological application ability, we should fully meet the practical teaching links such as the basic skills of "learning and doing together" and the practical training, the productive practice of school enterprise integration, the comprehensive practice of comprehensive development of technology development and service center, so as to promote the teaching reform of "teaching, learning and doing".
3. base operation is long-term.
How to ensure the stable and sustained operation of the base is a facet of all aspects, including the choice of the main body of investment, operation mechanism and mode, the perfection of management system, the reform of some supporting systems, and the perfection of base functions.
This requires us to constantly seek new breakthrough points and ties in the process of building cooperation, to achieve mutual benefit and mutual benefit, and to form an effective mechanism for sharing interests so as to achieve win-win and common development in building and sharing.
4. integration of training inside and outside school.
As the main place of practice teaching, the "three in one" training base respectively undertakes and effectively implements the experimental and practical training of students' basic skills, comprehensive operation skills training and graduation design (or comprehensive practice), laying a solid foundation for off campus internship.
And the off campus practice base can promote students' skill consolidation, contact with the most advanced technical information, strengthen school enterprise cooperation, and promote interaction between industry and university.
Therefore, in school training and off campus internship should be organically combined to form a scientific, reasonable and perfect practice teaching system.
