Premier Wen Jiabao chaired a State Council executive meeting on 12 April, and studied 9 Financial and fiscal policies and measures to support the development of small and micro enterprises.
Some measures are summed up in four words: lending and reducing taxes.

In contrast, in this increasingly troubled world, the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises is deteriorating. Even the most basic survival has become a huge problem, let alone development and pformation.
For Dongguan, a city famous for its small and medium-sized enterprises, this situation is almost always a fatal risk.

Such as the establishment of microfinance institutions, preferential tax reduction policies, the reduction of financing costs and so on, do we need to wait until a crisis is over and over again?
Compared with the position of small and medium-sized enterprises in China's economy, we have done far less than we should and can do.
Every crisis is giving us an opportunity to re recognize the role of SMEs in matching our actions.
