    A special aspect of shoemaking is that different machines are used in different steps of manufacturing process, and the machines also depend on the structural complexity of shoes, the quality of products and their manufacturing materials. The coverage includes simple table equipment, relatively compact equipment such as shaving machines and sewing machines, rocker cutting machines and other types of cutting machines, and more heavy equipment, and finally to the most complicated machine, such as the CNC (NC) die free cutting system, and the electronic servo bandage machine.

Therefore, even if the automation system is deployed on a small scale, it can make a great contribution to the overall efficiency of the process.

    Many small but important jobs that the operator uses manually with new technology can also be completed by automatic equipment, which greatly reduces the manpower used.

    Here we refer to robot manipulators, robots ejecting silicone release agents, robot manipulators for controlling grinding heads, and robots for loading steel midsole during the automatic period.

    However, it is necessary to use an intelligent device that can achieve the efficiency of the entire equipment to manage all these automatic components and equipment applied to injection molding machines.

    For this reason, Main Group has developed the entire new series of software tools to optimize functions while allowing for the convenience of diagnosing the real problems that may arise throughout the daily production.

    In particular, management system software detects and monitors all the causes of failure or downtime during the normal working period (for example, the later work report can determine how many minutes the machine has actually produced and how many minutes it wastes and classify it according to type). Therefore, simple and quick intervention will not cause delay.

    Material processing innovation is another important part of Main Group's market strategy.

    In addition to the precise control of the complexity of its die casting and the need to carefully monitor the whole process, EVA is obviously a very attractive material for all kinds of materials used in the production of outsole or all rubber and plastic footwear or boots.

    The new E266 EVALUTION machine for two-color EVA represents an important step towards this field.

    These new machines integrate all the experience and know-how that Main Group has accumulated in EVA injection, especially in two-color EVA production.

    The machines include 2, 4, 6 or 8 workstations. All models can handle two colors or two different EVA density composite materials: the versatile level is high, which ensures excellent comfort / stability ratio, velvet / rubber feeling, small density, light material, and excellent thermal / cold insulation performance.

    In addition, due to the longer gate of the hot runner mold, no scrap is a factor that must be considered in the production of EVA, thus achieving higher productivity and material and cost savings.

    Because of the innovative design, the mold cleaning in E266 EVALUTION machine is extremely simple and fast.

    The operator can work more easily in the best condition, so as to greatly reduce the time required for the cleaning mould, thus greatly increasing the output.

    After careful evaluation, it is identified that 4 injection heads can be used as the best solution. Therefore, more pigment is more flexible during the typical production cycle of EVA shoes, sandals, rubber overshoes and boots.

    Machines must be "energy sensitive" in all aspects, especially for devices that we consider to be complex, such as injection molding systems.
