The 7 Step Is To Make You A "Career Adult".
"I am 18 years old and have just started a full-time job.
I worked from 10:30 to 6:30 in a day care center, and now I hate it.
I started working there as a substitute employee, and I didn't have to work very long at that time, so when they offered me this job opportunity, I really was excited about getting more working hours.
However, I have no real life now.
I can't do anything else.
I always feel depressed and sad.
I never smile.
If I don't have to stay here until such a late night and have occasional rest days, I will like this job, but none of this is possible.
What shall I do? "
Aren't you glad you grew up? Seriously,
real life
That's the way it is.
However, most of the people I know about working from 8:00 to 6:30 will be excited about your working hours.
I doubt that this is what you want to hear.
To tell the truth, if I had to work in a nursery, I would also feel depressed.
I love my children very much, but when other people's children use my sleeves to wipe their saliva, I don't find anything fascinating about it.
But full-time jobs are realistic for most adults, and those are not.
Full-time
People who work are either looking after young children or trying to find a full-time job.
6:30 is not too late.
If I recall my past, it would be nothing at all to work beyond 6:30 at the age of 20.
I doubt, your problem is, you find this is
real life
And it hit you.
This is not in line with the wonderful imagination that adults and adults can do whatever they want to eat whatever they want to eat and wear whatever they want to wear.
It turns out that adults spend most of their time doing something that needs to be done so that you can pay the bill and expect to have a few days off from time to time to do what you want to do.
Here are some tips to make your pition to adults easier.
Realize that your life is not over. Just because you have to work every day does not mean that your life is meaningless and enjoyable.
You still have evening - you don't have to work until 10:30 in the evening, it's such a wonderful thing - and weekend.
Under normal circumstances, for people like you who enter the workplace, the number of paid vacation days will be very small.
Do not complain to your colleagues. I doubt that you will soon find that your colleagues do not resonate with anxiety caused by your full-time job.
There is no doubt that they have been working for a long time.
If you complain to them, they will not like you, and if they don't like you, you will continue to feel unhappy at the thought of work.
Work hard. Work can be very rewarding.
If you sit and do nothing all day and watch the minutes go by, you will feel miserable.
If you put in and work hard, you will find that time passes quickly.
Find a mentor. Someone who has worked in this day care center for a long time.
Talk to that person.
Learn about the curriculum plan and the stages of child development.
Don't just change diapers and pick up toys.
Know how to become a truly excellent day care child service provider and learn to do that.
Even if this is not your ultimate career goal, the skills you learn here will be pferable to your future career.
Save some money. Everyone should save some money from every salary he gets.
And what I mean by saving doesn't mean saving money for a new pair of shoes, though you can do that.
Work will not last forever.
The car will break down.
One day you want to move out and live alone.
Save money from today.
This is your first full-time job, which means you have more money than before.
Pay at least 10% of the salary to a specific deposit account.
When I say this, please believe me, you will thank me for this suggestion one day.
Continue to receive education. Just because you have a full-time job does not mean that you don't have to learn any more.
You don't have to choose universities, but vocational schools, community colleges or online training courses will help you.
If you want to take the work of day care center as your career and want to make progress, you need to learn about child development courses and eventually get a degree in the field of early childhood education.
Don't ruin your future for temporary happiness. I guarantee that at least one of you will tell you that giving up your job just once is no big deal at all.
This friend is wrong.
Work is hard won, especially for those who have no working experience as you are now.
If you get fired from this job, you will find it harder to find a new job.
All in all, things will get better.
Work hard and realize that although adults don't want to eat vegetables, they can't eat, but they have to work. Anyway, most of us eat vegetables.
