Returnees Designer Has Become The Important Design Force Of Hangzhou Ladies' Wear: &Nbsp; &Nbsp; China's Outstanding Women's Wear Designer Has Achieved Remarkable Results.

Since 2007, the Hangzhou municipal Party committee and the municipal government have implemented the discovery plan of China's outstanding women's wear designers. They have selected five groups of 30 women's wear designers to study abroad through the China International Women's costume designer Grand Prix. At present, the fifth batch of 6 designers are studying in foreign languages and abroad, and 6 students from the fourth group will end their internship in Milan in April this year. Up to now, 15 returned designers have chosen to stay in Hangzhou: 4 have set up clothing companies in Hangzhou (Xu Qiaoyun, Li Aihong, Cheng Jinshan and Lu Minchao); 1 have established cooperation with Hangzhou famous clothing enterprises to create new companies (Yang Junliang); 2 have set up design studio (Duan Xiaoyun and Sheng Xiuli) in Hangzhou; 3 have been teaching in Hangzhou clothing Colleges (Li, Wei, and); 7 have been well-known designers in Hangzhou as the main designers. Among the other designers, 2 designers chose to pursue further studies in Paris and Milan; 2 of them stayed in Beijing and Guangzhou; 1 designers continued to finish their studies, and they were preparing for the development of Hangzhou.
 
Xu Qiaoyun: the post conceived Fashion Design Co., Ltd., founded by her, has developed to 500 square office and production area, more than forty employees, 5 entity stores and more than 20000 network buyers collecting online shops and many network agents. The brand of post conceived designer created by her is even more impressive in Taobao's sales, with many fans pursuing it.
 
Li Aihong: after returning home, she continued to choose to teach at his alma mater, The China Academy of Art. The school leaders reflected that after more than a year of baptism in Paris, her teaching philosophy and professional skills have made a qualitative leap, which has been well received by students. At present, she has set up Hangzhou Mi Xiang Creative Design Co., Ltd. in Fuyang, Hangzhou.
 
Cheng Jinshan: after he returned to China, he taught at Dali silk dress college and founded Hangzhou suction shadow Fashion Design Co., Ltd. in 2011.
 
Lu Minchao: originally worked in Hangzhou Jiangnan cloth dress Co., Ltd. "sketch" brand. After returning to China, he became the design director of LESS brand of Hangzhou creative fashion Co. Ltd. and founded Hangzhou Dao Kou costume Co., Ltd. in 2011.
 
Yang Junliang: founded the Hangzhou Bunge Garments Co., Ltd., the company is currently working with Hangzhou Tai Zi Long group to develop its brand TEDELONWHITE.
 
Duan Xiaoyun: after he returned to China, he became the design director of V+ brand in Hangzhou blue color Fashion Co. Ltd. and founded Duan Xiaoyun design studio in 2010. At present, the studio provides 3 Brand Company with services such as design, plate making and sample clothing, group goods and so on.
 
Sheng Xiuli: in 2010, he founded the Sheng Xiuli design studio in the 116 creative valley of China Textile Center.
 
Gong Dayong: with more solid design skills and studying experience in Paris, he became the main designer of the JNBY brand of Hangzhou Jiangnan cloth Clothing Co., Ltd. He hopes to set up his own studio and create a brand through his experience in the company.
 
Shu Rongrong: the OTT brand of Hamming Holding Co., Ltd. is the designer of women's wear department. She has benefited greatly from the development of the third year students from abroad before being responsible for the development of half of the brands.
 
Li Lingjie: he worked in the design department of Zhejiang name Sha group, and was well received by enterprises.
 
Liu Sicong: V+ brand is a designer in Hangzhou Blue Fashion Clothing Co., Ltd.

As an important part of promoting the development of Hangzhou's traditional clothing industry and creating an important component of Hangzhou's "strong talent market", China's outstanding women's wear designer discovery program has been implemented for five years. With more and more designers returning to Hangzhou to start business or employment after training abroad through this platform, it has quickly become the backbone of the development of Hangzhou women's clothing, and it has begun to bear fruit. This plan has also been strongly supported and actively promoted by the municipal Party committee and municipal government and relevant departments in Hangzhou, and a designer who has chosen to stay in Hangzhou for work and entrepreneurship after returning to the country has jointly introduced relevant support policies for the development of women's wear designers. Returnees who start their business in Hangzhou will not only get the support of entrepreneurial policy, but also provide funding for their entrepreneurship. At present, Xu Qiaoyun, Duan Xiaoyun, Sheng Xiuli, Yang Junliang, Li Aihong, Cheng Jinshan, 6 returned designers who set up companies or design studios have been funded by related businesses. At the same time, designers who choose to stay in Hangzhou clothing enterprises and institutions will also receive special policy support for attracting talents.
