Clothing -- focusing on cultivating 10 garment characteristic industrial clusters, namely, Zhengzhou Textile Industrial Park, Xinmi Qu Liang garment industrial park, Qixian County new pure garment industrial park, Shangqiu Xiayi industrial agglomeration area, Suiyang garment garden, Anyang Textile Industrial Park, Huaxian industrial gathering area, Zhenping industrial gathering area, Yanling industrial gathering area and Taikang industrial gathering area.

It mainly focuses on the 12 million garments of Xiayi Tian Jia, 10 million high-grade clothes of Henan new pure, 20 million sets of Fuling silver base, 15 million high-grade fashion Henan Han Po, 300 thousand suits of Long Qingxiang, and 20 million items of clothing items of Henan group.

Printing and dyeing -- the key support is

Fabrics -- focus on cultivating middle and high grade fabric bases in Zhoukou Taikang County, Xuchang Wei City, Shangqiu Minquan County, etc.

We mainly support the construction of Hai Meng's annual production of 102 million meters of new fabrics, Xinye Huaxing's annual output of 61 million meters of high-grade fabrics, Xuchang Yufeng annual output of 30 million meters of high-end clothing materials, Hebi new high tech group's New Asia annual production of 30 million meters of high-end leisure fabrics and other projects.

The two is to improve garment matching and logistics distribution of two industrial systems.

Form a new development pattern of textile terminal products, textile raw materials and auxiliary materials, coordinated development of logistics and distribution.

Around the fabric production base and garment production cluster, we should accelerate the construction of Zhengzhou textile and garment logistics center and Zhengzhou textile and garment trade center, step by step to promote the wholesale and retail markets of textiles and clothing in Anyang, Nanyang, Kaifeng and Shangqiu four cities, establish regional market alliances, and build a highly influential and radiative textile and garment logistics functional area in the central and western regions.

The three is to vigorously undertake industrial pfer.

We will focus on brand clothing, home textiles, environmental protection dyeing and finishing and high-end cotton spinning projects.

We will actively promote the industrial pfer cooperation project of Zhejiang professional wear and men's wear, Fujian sportswear, Guangdong knitted apparel, Ningbo brand clothing, Jiangsu Nantong home textiles, Shandong home textiles, Zhejiang Shaoxing printing and dyeing, Shandong Shandong dyeing and printing, high-grade cotton spinning and weaving.

We will continue to introduce Zhengzhou, Shangqiu, Xuchang, Hebi, Anyang, Qixian County, Dengzhou and other cities to introduce printing and dyeing, high-grade fabrics and clothing projects so as to put them into production as soon as possible.

The four is to continue to cultivate 50 dominant enterprises and 20 independent brands.

On the basis of cultivating 50 enterprises in 2010, we will continue to accelerate key cultivation and technology upgrading, and strengthen strategic cooperation and brand building.

Key support enterprises should adopt new technology and new equipment as the core content of technological pformation, upgrading and innovation.

The 2~5 family, which has an annual sales income of over 5 billion yuan, has 10 yuan over 1 billion yuan.

Select 20 independent brand enterprises to focus on nurturing, encourage the design competition, new product exhibition and other activities.

Enterprises are encouraged to carry out trademark registration and brand acquisition overseas.

In the form of advertising, media promotion and exhibition promotion, we will increase the cultivation of independent brands such as Zhengzhou trousers, M·SUYA, Ya Li Da and ESEY, and expand the scale of women's clothing, men's clothing, knitted garments and sweaters, so as to enhance the competitiveness of "Yu pie" clothing at home and abroad.
