In terms of labour force, the wages of local workers in Kampuchea are 130~150 dollars per month, and Bangladesh workers are 100 dollars per month.

In terms of productivity, if Chinese workers get 100 points, Kampuchea workers will get 70~80 and Bangladesh will be 60.

The problems in Bangladesh, Burma and Kampuchea are also weak in local financing capacity. Infrastructure, especially electricity and port conditions, need to be improved; corruption is serious.

In addition to these traditional countries, Yang Shibin also suggested that enterprises should consider the United States and South Korea if they go out.

Since Obama put forward the industrial revitalization plan, the real economy of the United States is also quietly changing.

Yang Shibin said that an export oriented knitting enterprise produces a sweater exported to the United States at a price of 6.5 US dollars. When they try to find a foundries in the United States and make inquiries about a local sweater enterprise, their price is $6.5 each.

At the same price, local production in the United States can also avoid risks such as exchange rate.

South Korea has signed free trade agreements (FTA) with the United States, Europe and Japan. It is no doubt that South Korea can enjoy more trade preferences than domestic exports.

"Although the production costs in these areas are higher than those in China, the policies are stable and close to the market."

Yang Shibin said.

In addition, in Yang Shibin's view, product innovation is very important.

In the digital age, the bankruptcy of Japan's electronics industry to Korea and Kodak films is a warning to the importance of innovation.

"No destruction, no innovation. Innovation is sometimes a kind of creative destruction."

Yang Shibin sighed with emotion.

Regarding the direction of product structure adjustment, Yang Shibin listed some criteria: efficiency first, quality first, fashion leading, brand target, talent first, energy saving and emission reduction.

In order to meet the requirements of the new era, the Chinese knitting industry association signed a contract with the Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology to set up China's knitted apparel design and Research Center at the enlarged meeting of the executive director.
