He told reporters that with the improvement of production technology and upgrading of equipment, enterprises urgently need employees with certain work experience, which is difficult for graduates who have just graduated from school.
However, enterprises should also realize their social responsibilities and provide practical environment for graduates.
At present, school enterprise cooperation is an effective solution.
On the one hand, the enterprise participates in the teaching process, formulates the training plan with the school, and bears the responsibility of educating people.
On the other hand, teachers and students constantly update their knowledge in practice, and make contact with the latest equipment and technology as soon as possible so as to improve their teaching level.
Ni Yangsheng suggested that the national level should give preferential policies to enterprises, make corresponding compensation, and support enterprises to help schools educate people.
At the same time, employers should also improve their understanding. If we want to achieve sustainable development, we must have patience to nurture employees.
In the 60s and 70s of last century, many large state-owned textile enterprises implemented one factory, one school, each factory has a staff school, to a certain extent, solved the problem of workers' training.
Due to cost factors and other factors, these workers' schools are gradually stripped from enterprises.
Now, some large enterprise groups and professional colleges and universities cooperate to adhere to staff training, such as JEANSWEST, Ruyi, Huamao and so on, all of which attach great importance to staff training.
"Now many well-known enterprises are aware of the importance of brand building. They are willing to invest more in R & D and staff training, and many institutions have come up with some good ideas.
For example, the training courses jointly established by Zhejiang textile Career Technical College and YOUNGOR and Shanshan are very flexible and very popular with enterprises.

At the same time, a number of textile vocational colleges have been practicing education and non academic qualifications many years ago.
It is understood that the current number of students in Vocational Colleges and non school students is roughly the same.
Ni Yangsheng said that the connection between employers and institutions is closer than before. Schools not only engage in job fairs, but also conduct follow-up surveys of the whereabouts of graduates. Through these channels, the requirements of employers can be reflected in time, so that schools can adjust their teaching plans and cultivate talents suitable for social needs.
Multiparty attack on "quality" is fundamental
Focusing on the improvement of educational quality, the China Textile and clothing education association attaches great importance to the cultivation of skilled talents.
On the one hand, we should promote cooperation between schools and enterprises. On the other hand, we should promote the establishment of vocational education groups and vocational education alliances in some areas, so that higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools and enterprises can participate in teaching, so as to achieve "teaching and learning", "learning in doing" and "learning by doing".
Through these efforts, textile and garment graduates in the field of vocational education are in short supply in recent years.
In addition, according to the advantages of Vocational Education in major universities, the Education Association has promoted the establishment of 6 training bases for highly skilled talents, focusing on industrial clusters, training and training in clusters.
According to Ni Yangsheng, in response to the ever-changing market demand, the Education Association launched the "excellent engineer training plan" in response to the Ministry of education in 2010, aiming at the future, facing the international and engineering oriented, and cultivating students with strong practical ability.
Now, some school's engineering majors have been included in the pilot project, adopting the 3+1 mode (3 years of study in school, 1 years to the internship of enterprises).
What is worth mentioning is the implementation of a dual tutor system, which is jointly trained by school tutors and business mentors, so that students' graduation thesis and graduation design are practicable.
Ni Yangsheng noted that schools now attach great importance to the construction of teaching teams and scientific research teams. This is evident from the evaluation of teaching achievements.
Since 2009, the evaluation of teaching achievements has received enthusiastic support from colleges and universities, and some teachers' enthusiasm for participating in teaching reform has been improved.

In Ni Yangsheng's view, unlike other industries, the skills competition in the textile industry pays more attention to communication.
Vocational skills competition in Institutions of higher learning involves clothing, model, textile merchandiser, fabric design, yarn design, pattern design and so on.
Vocational colleges are faced with the key positions of the industry for fabric testing, clothing stereoscopic cutting, plate making, fabric design and other competitions.
Through these training, including the students' practical ability and comprehensive quality have been improved, strongly supported by enterprises.
The construction of textile power is inseparable from the support of talents. As the guiding body of talents training in textile industry, China Textile education society has done a lot of work. Ni Yangsheng is gratified at both achievements and has confidence in the future.
He told reporters that in accordance with the requirements of the "construction of a textile power platform (2011~2020)", the number of skilled personnel in the textile industry should be promoted rapidly in the next 5 years. This is not only the goal of the industry, but also the important task of the Education Association in the future.
