2. works must be closely linked to the purpose and theme of activities, bold imagination, expression of the author's thinking and wishes; 3. entries or single or serial works can be a maximum of not more than 5 pieces of an author; 4. creative forms, hand drawing or computer production, but all have to be drawn or printed on A3 or 8 open drawing paper, the entries must be pasted in the bottom right corner of the work (see the April 13th and 18th Jinjiang Economic Journal, also from the www.jjjjb.com.cn and Jinjiang education information network related announcement); flash production requirements: flash works not more than 10M, the time is 30 seconds --5 minutes.

The dimensions are unified: 720 x 576pix, 25 frames / sec. When submitted, the original document (*.fla), the generated file (*.swf) and the *.txt (or *.doc) are submitted. Each category has the following four awards: (1) first prize: 1, certificate + bonus 500 yuan; (two) two prize: 3, certificate + bonus 300 yuan; (three) three prize: 6, certificate + bonus 200 yuan; (200) Excellence Award: name, certificate.

Seven, the selection method (1) the competition will be invited to serve as the judges of the industry, to form a jury; (two) according to the theme of the competition and the description of the competition, through the primary, reappraisal and jury review, the awards will be determined.
