    The domestic ironing technology is only one YOUNGOR. How about this technology abroad? Clothing industry Insiders told reporters that many foreign brands of ironing technology is already very mature.

    At present, the company's main business is brand clothing, garment foundry and real estate development. In 2011, the operating income of the company's brand clothing reached about 3 billion 810 million yuan, of which the operating cost was about 1 billion 300 million yuan, and the operating profit rate reached 65.66%. Garment foundry is far less than self developed brand clothing, the operating income of about 2 billion 320 million yuan, the cost is as high as 2 billion 40 million yuan, gross margin is only 12.14%.


    It is worth noting that the gross profit margin of real estate development is lower than that of brand clothing, which is 44.75%.


    Among them, Ms. Zheng mentioned the brand of ironing shirts, the highest gross profit margin, reaching 68.67%, close to 70%. The gross profit margin of the brand suit is slightly lower than that of the shirt, which is 65.17%.


    According to the statistics of the China National Business Information Center, in 2011, the average market share of YOUNGOR shirts and suits in the company's leading products was 13.22% and 13.54% respectively, ranking the first in 17 years and 12 years in a row.


    It can be seen that the market of functional clothing is still very broad, "the investment of the company in R & D is still relatively large. Non iron series products, shirts have risen from SP and HP to DP, and are further upgraded on the basis of DP, and DP technology has been used in trousers.     For this reason, YOUNGOR set up DP post-processing research center and Testing Center specially to strengthen the deep development of DP products. MS Cheng said, "the company has invested a certain R & D cost."


    The competition in the clothing industry is fierce. In YOUNGOR's recent annual reports, the reporter has seen many times that the company should increase the word of technology research and development. The company points out that both international and domestic brands strive to expand market share and enhance brand influence. Therefore, the company still needs to make efforts to increase R & D investment, quality control, information construction and channel expansion.


    Research and development of hemp products


    "The company's positioning is that the product has functional characteristics. This is our core product, and also the main product. Sales account for a larger proportion, and it is rising, accounting for more than 60%." Ms. Cheng told reporters that in addition to studying suits and wrinkles, iron and steel, the company's third major functional products are hemp fiber.

Now people are pursuing environmental protection and returning to nature. Hemp fiber can be used not only in clothing, but also in home textiles.


    Western-style clothes are traditional clothes. It is fashionable to join hemp. This concept, the international sportswear brand Nike, has also been added to its clothing. At the upcoming London Olympic Games, Nike's design for flying trapeze Liu Xiang is made of environmentally-friendly materials, 82% recycled polyester fabric and 13% recycled plastic.


    What is particularly noteworthy is that hemp fiber has its own intellectual property rights. In 2011, the hemp family, which was the main product of YOUNGOR, opened up 10 stores. Hemp fibers were mainly used in shirts, casual pants, T-Shirts, sweaters, jeans and other products. The company points out that on the basis of the existing products, the company mainly develops new products with high hemp content and excellent quality, and integrates product packaging.


    "At present, domestic brand clothing is developing rapidly, coupled with the competition of foreign brands, R & D innovation capability is the core competitiveness of domestic apparel enterprises to participate in the market."
