Recently, the Sichuan inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce jointly promote the pformation and upgrading of Chengdu footwear industry and promote the export expansion of footwear products to sign the memorandum of cooperation.

In order to enhance the anti risk ability of Chengdu shoes in the international market, the memorandum of cooperation agreed to strengthen risk monitoring. First of all, we should strengthen risk monitoring and judgment, and expand the scope of risk monitoring through key monitoring, supervision and spot checks, port inspection, on-site inspection, complaint reporting and overseas notification, so as to collect timely, accurately and comprehensively the risk information of export footwear products.

We should conduct scientific analysis and accurate judgement on the problems found in monitoring and potential risks, and timely release risk warning information to footwear enterprises, consumers and relevant government departments through information platform, and prepare for risk prevention.

Export trade facilitation, Sichuan inspection and Quarantine Bureau will further increase the implementation of the classified management of export footwear products, and vigorously implement the "1+1+X" classification supervision mode based on risk analysis and integrity supervision, and establish critical control points according to different risk levels, so as to further reduce the proportion of spot checks and speed up the inspection and release.

Priority should be given to the implementation of convenient customs clearance system such as green channel, export exemption and direct release, so as to improve the efficiency of customs clearance.

In addition, according to the memorandum of cooperation, the two sides will make good use of the preferential policies.

We will continue to expand the coverage rate of origin visas and help export footwear enterprises make full use of preferential policies of regional preferential policies such as GSP and free trade zones, so as to help enterprises fully enjoy preferential treatment of tariff reductions and exemptions from importing countries.

We should fully implement the policy of reduction and exemption of inspection and quarantine fees and reduce the operating costs of footwear enterprises.

At the same time, we should actively support the government's financial special funds and vigorously support the accelerated development of footwear products.
