In June 18th, Wangfujing department store announced at the 2012 Investment Promotion Conference that it plans to invest 100 million yuan to build a complete online business service system including official website of Wangfujing department store, mobile mall, backstage business management system, storage and logistics center, customer service center, etc. the location of the website is fashion and boutique B2C shopping website.
In June, the website of Yansha mall was also newly launched.
According to Yansha's responsible person, the upgraded version is in line with Yansha mall's strategic thinking of developing CRM customer service concept. It also provides a convenient and speedy exclusive service platform for Yansha card users, and spreads valuable merchandise and activity information to netizens.
In order to distinguish it from other portals, the website has implemented an information exchange platform similar to micro-blog, which collects, processes, releases and archives information by means of various information, and has achieved the ultimate goal of interaction.
The website also introduces the idea of "customizing" service. The so-called customization can be regarded as a kind of information customization, that is, providing exclusive information to specific card friends. It can be webpage information, or message or MMS message of mobile phone, similar to Call-Center mode, realized by Internet.
