This year, in order to meet the needs of spanformation and upgrading of the garment industry in Guangdong, we should excavate and set up an example of professional managers in excellent garment enterprises, enhance the professional status and social awareness of "professional managers" occupation. 2012 the Guangdong Fashion Week Organizing Committee began to select the top ten professional managers of Guangdong apparel industry in June in the whole industry. At the same time, in order to promote the steady and healthy development of the clothing industry in Guangdong, standardize the professional ethics of professional managers, protect the legitimate rights and interests of professional managers and the reputation of enterprises, set up a self-regulation mechanism for professional managers in apparel industry, standardize the operation of industries and enterprises, the delegates also signed the "Guangdong clothing industry professional managers' code of conduct proposal", and put forward seven proposals:
Article 1 advocates the principles of openness, fairness, honesty and credit and fair competition, strictly implements relevant laws and regulations of the state, and consciously maintains the normal order of production and operation in the clothing industry.
The second one advocates better maintenance of the interests of the service enterprises, and should not serve other enterprises before the original labor contract is lifted.
The third one advocates that after leaving the office, it is not allowed to disclose the secrets of the core technology, market strategy, company policies, market policies and data of the original service enterprises. At the same time, the resources of the original company shall not be utilized within one year.
The fourth principle is to insist on tree brand. We should not use the convenience of duty to collect illegal income, nor should we satisfy our selfish desires.
The fifth one is to promote self learning, drive team learning, and constantly pursue progress and innovation. Constantly improve the quality and professional ability of industry practitioners. So as to promote the overall upgrading of the industry.
The sixth is to advocate unity, mutual help, cooperation and self-discipline within the industry, giving full play to the overall advantages of the industry. The hot spots, difficulties and major problems in the industry should be discussed and negotiated.
The seventh article advocates the initiative to establish and maintain the overall image of Guangdong clothing, publicize the Guangdong garment industry to domestic and foreign merchants and consumers, and promote the sustainable development of Guangdong's clothing industry.
