Li Riverside Seized A Case Of Selling Counterfeit Registered Trademarks Of Leather Shoes

Recently, Licheng industrial and commercial bureau of Li Riverside County Bureau of industry and Commerce found a case of unlicensed sale of counterfeit registered trademark leather shoes in the area under which the law enforcement officials imposed administrative penalties on the party Wu, and confiscated 80 pairs of leather shoes that had not yet been sold.

In March 28th, when the law enforcement officers of Licheng industrial and commercial bureau of Li Riverside County Commerce and Industry Bureau inspected daily, they found that a shoe store in the middle Garden Road of Li Town was selling "famous wooden shoes" such as woodpeckers, red dragonflies and crocodiles at the price of 25 yuan per pair. These low priced "famous brand" leather shoes aroused the suspicion of law enforcement officers and immediately went into the shop for investigation.

According to the investigation, these packages were marked "Shanghai Jingshi fish Shoes Co., Ltd.", "Shanghai woodpecker shoes industry Co., Ltd." and "German Red Dragonfly (Hongkong) Group Co., Ltd." shoes were purchased from Nanning in Guangxi in mid March at a price of 20 yuan per pair.

Then they are sold at a price of 25 yuan per pair.

As of the date of the incident, Wu has sold 80 pairs of Red Dragonfly leather shoes, 20 pairs of crocodile leather shoes and woodpecker leather shoes, and the amount involved is 2500 yuan.

After further investigation by law enforcement officials, the trademark of "woodpecker", "Red Dragonfly", "crocodile" and other leather shoes are all registered trademarks, and the parties can not provide effective vouchers for the registered trademarks.

To this end, law enforcement officers have made corresponding penalties against Wu according to the relevant provisions of the trademark law.
