In 1982, she found that the demand for children's clothing in the market was very large. At that time, she resolutely resigned from the work of the woollen mill and hired a dozen skilled sewing workers to start up at home.

But the "Ya Ping speed" is far from enough.

In order to find the most convenient connection between the business goal and the starting point, she stretched the industrial chain, so that enterprises can step by step from raw materials to weaving, pattern design, printing and dyeing, and gradually form a complete line of production, supply and marketing.
While saving the cost, the product has achieved the quality of "yping" which is new in color, excellent in texture and moderate in price.
Lu Yaping takes flower type as the core competitiveness and constantly reduces production costs, so that she can shoot at the Chinese textile city with strong hands and fierce competition.
After taking a place, she quickly registered the company with her name and specialised in the "Ya Ping" card.
At that time, she did not know that she was the first Nantong resident in the largest textile market in Asia, and did not even think that she would later take off the crown.
In just a few years, Zhejiang's Keqiao, the largest textile city in Asia, has blown up the "Yipin whirlwind".
As soon as her flower style comes out, it becomes popular color and hot market immediately. Her every move has become the vane of Keqiao market.
Every year, more than 1000 new fabrics are developed, and the annual sales volume is over 20 million meters for seven consecutive years. The products sell well in the domestic market, and also exported to 16 countries and regions such as the United States, France, Japan, Korea and other countries. With sales exceeding two hundred million yuan, it has become the number one supplier of the largest textile city in China, and is known as "the king of Chinese cloth".
An ordinary peasant woman adorn the world with gorgeous colorful cloth, and unremitting entrepreneurship and innovation have made the Queen's life more beautiful and wonderful.
