Kangnai Labor Skills Competition To Assess The Production Skills Experts
Yesterday morning, Kangnai group held the 2008 annual workforce skills competition.
At 9 a.m., in the Kangnai group workshop, 200 employees of the competition showed their skills fully, skillfully applying the skillful hand on the sewing machine, and skillfully putting up a piece of cowhide parts "binding".
It is understood that the labor skills competition organized by Kangnai production department will start in early April and will last until the end of April. It will be divided into 7 projects with a total number of more than 400 participants.
In Kangnai, it has been 13 years to organize employees to carry out the labor skills competition.
But like this year, it has been the first time to focus on so many skills competitions in 20 days.
Jin Xianyue, general manager of Kangnai Group production branch, said the company has prepared prizes worth 20 thousand yuan and will award winners of the one or two and three awards in the 7 projects.
In Kangnai, there are opportunities to show themselves in the hands of a skilled worker who is good at learning and innovation.
At present, more than 90% of the top and middle ranking cadres of Kangnai are selected through various competitions.
At the beginning of this year, Kangnai group put forward the goal of creating a provincial learning enterprise and establishing a national civilized unit, and set up a leading group of learning enterprises, and worked out the annual work plan meticulously. For example, in January, the "year-end culture package was presented to employees", the "new employee culture special training camp" in February, March, the "staff culture night school" and the "network business school".
In addition, the annual "Kangnai employee Culture Festival" takes culture, sports and entertainment three big categories and more than 10 small projects to push the creation of learning enterprises all the year round to a climax.
