2. when cleaning the ink, in order to remove all ink and ink marks on the ink roller thoroughly and cleanly, it is best to sprinkle the gasoline from the upper part of the inking part near the ink roller of the ink fountain area, so that the waste ink can be washed into the ink collecting slot from the upper part of the rubber knife edge, and after a period of cleaning, the ink roller can be cleaned.

3. after inking the ink roller and ink fountain clean, wipe it clean and clean it up with clean, soft, clean fabric and good water absorption.

4. the installation position of the scraper for cleaning the ink washing mechanism must be accurate, and the distance between the rubber blade and the surface of the ink roller should be kept at the same distance and the same contact pressure.

Method of changing light color ink to dark ink

First, use the ink shovel to scoop out the light ink of the ink fountain, just use the scraper to clean the light coloured ink on the ink roller, and clean up the ink and paper wool on the ink roller.

Offset printing ink for color change, dark ink for light color ink, at this time, the ink roller cleaning requirements are higher, cleaning is more difficult, the ink roller cleanliness is higher, it requires that the light ink can not be stained by dark ink. If the old ink on the ink roller is not thoroughly clean, it will affect the color and hue inaccuracy. The light color ink will have dark ink shadow. Therefore, we must wash the ink, ink roller, Mo Chan and so on, then use the ink shovel to spread the ink on the ink roller, start the offset press, let the ink roller evenly cover the light ink, and then pour the gasoline on the ink.

If it is not clean, repeat it until the ink roller is clean.
